Pairing Instructions
- Enable the “Automatic update feature” of your computer.
- Find the Bluetooth icon in the toolbar and right click “Add Bluetooth Device”.
- Click the “Add Bluetooth or Other Bluetooth” button located at the top of the setting windows.
- Choose “Bluetooth”.
- Click the Pair button of the device you want to connect.
FAQ
If the BT connection fails, please follow the steps below:
- During the connection, the BT device must be placed around/near the adapter at a range of 100m.
- Please be patient throughout the auto-connection process because computer system speeds can vary.
- If the auto-reconnect process fails, please unplug the adapter, then plug it back into the computer to re-pair or restart the device you’re trying to pair.
Notes
- This adapter is plug-and-play. No driver needs to be installed.
- It only works with Windows 8.1/10/11 (32/64-bit). Do not apply it to other systems.
- It is advised to connect and use no more than five BT devices simultaneously, such as mice, keyboards, game controllers, speakers, headsets, etc.
