Installation Steps:

To avoid software conflict, please uninstall any previously installed third-party Bluetooth drivers and disable your computer’ s Bluetooth first. Here’ s the procedure: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices >Select the B1uetooth toggle to turn it Off.

When the setup is complete, please plug in the Bluetooth adapter and wait for the computer to update automatically.
The device manager will recognize it and its name is “Realtek Bluetooth 5.1 adapter”. After sucessful recognition, you can use it. -
After sucessful recognition, right click the “Bluetooth” icon to add a Bluetooth device. Before pairing, make sure the device to be paired is turned on, searchable, and waiting for pairing.
Here’s how to pair the Bluetooth adapter with your mobile phone:
A pairing code will appear when you try to pair the Bluetooth adapter with
your mobile phone and you need to click on it to pair. Once done, the pairing
is successful.
File transfer can be performed.

- RAM: 1 GB or more
Notes:
- You have to make sure your computer is connected to the network before enabling the automatic update function.
- You need to check whether your computer comes with Bluetooth. If your computer has Bluetooth, you need to disable the Bluetooth first and then plug in the Bluetooth adapter to install the driver.
- If there is no Bluetooth icon in the taskbar at the bottom right of your computer screen after the installation is successful, it is likely that the Bluetooth icon is hidden in your computer. You need to click on your computer system to display the Bluetooth icon.
- Make sure the Bluetooth adapter is plugged in when you try to install or us it.
