PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list.

If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Estimated Assembly Time : 20-30 minutes.

INSTALLATION OVERVIEW

1. On the bottom post place a mark 18” away from the pointed end. Use the pounding block and a hammer to drive the bottom post into the ground stopping at the 18” mark. While driving the bottom post into the ground, make sure it remains level. For extremely hard soil, an additional wood pounding block might be necessary to ensure post is not damaged during installation.
   

2. Slide the top post onto the bottom post. Use the pounding block and a hammer to secure the top post to the bottom post. While securing the top post to the bottom post, make sure the post assembly remains level. Attach the top post assembly to the bottom post using 2 pc #M6 Screw.
   

3. Attach the mounting plate to the support arm using 2 pcs(#1/4-20×3/8”） Fije la placa de montaje al brazo de soporte con 2 piezas (#1/4-20×3/8
   

4. Option A: Side Mount Standard Size Mailbox
   
   Option B: Side Mount Large Size Mailbox
   
   Option C : Bottom Mount Mailbox
   
   Position the mounting brackets as shown. Attach the brackets to the mounting plate using 2 pcs （#10-24×3/4”）screws and 2pcs （#10-24）hex nuts.

5. Slide the support arm onto the top post.
   

6. Attach the support arm to the top post using 1 pcs （#1/4-20）hex nut, 1 pcs （#1/4-20×1-3/4”） screw and 1 pcs （#1/4-20×1-3/4”） screw. After installation, the support arm assembly may need to be adjusted. ( Do not over tighten)
   

7. Insert the cap into the top post).
