RELIABILT Vinyl Window Series User Manual
This warranty is extended to the original single family homeowner (the “Homeowner”) who purchases this coverage as confirmed by the unique product identification number found on manufacturer’s warranty label in the head of the window (a “Covered Window”). Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, ReliaBilt makes the following warranty to the Homeowner regarding the cost of labor in completing otherwise covered warranty service.
If a Covered Window fails under the terms and conditions of its Standard, Limited Lifetime Warranty, and skilled labor is required to perform the warranty service, ReliaBilt will provide the necessary labor to perform the service at no cost to the Homeowner.
This labor warranty applies exclusively to covered product failure and does not apply to any issues related to faulty installation. Additionally, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, ice, windstorms, hail or other acts of God. This warranty is not applicable for products installed in non-owner multi-family occupied dwellings or used for commercial purposes such as schools, churches, government owned structures, office buildings, etc.
The warranty set forth herein is the only warranty extended by ReliaBilt in connection with labor. The remedies set forth herein shall constitute the Homeowner’s exclusive remedies, and ReliaBilt shall not be liable to the Homeowner for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranties in connection with the provision of labor in connection with the provision of warranty service. This limited warranty may not be changed or modified by any representative of the manufacturer or its retailers, distributors or dealers.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION AND CLAIMS
In order for the homeowner to be eligible for coverage under this warranty, the Homeowner must reside in the home in which the warranted products are installed and the manufacturer’s original purchase order from Lowe’s must include the optional Lifetime Labor Warranty as an ordered selection. This warranty is limited to the original single family homeowner only and is not transferable.

The claim must include the homeowner’s name, address, date purchased and proof of purchase, for each covered window.
