USB Mode
For meeting rooms and personal computers
- Connect Power:
- VOCAL HUB: Connect the provided USB cable to your computer to power on.
- IPEVO VOCAL: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Pairing :
- VOCAL HUB can be paired with up to 6 IPEVO VOCALs.
- Pairing has to be done one at a time.
- After pairing, it is recommended to attach a label with the corresponding number on each of the paired IPEVO VOCALs for easy identification.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Press and hold the selected numeric key on VOCAL HUB and the Bluetooth pairing button on IPEVO VOCAL simultaneously for 3 seconds to pair them.
- Successful pairing is indicated by a beep, and the LED indicators on VOCAL HUB and IPEVO VOCAL will light up simultaneously and remain on.
- Switch the Mode button on VOCAL HUB to USB mode. The LED indicator will turn red.
Bluetooth Mode
For mobile phones and tablets
- Connect Power & Pairing:
- VOCAL HUB: Connect the provided USB cable to the power supply to power on.
- IPEVO VOCAL: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
- Select Modes & Pairing with Phones/Computers:
- Switch to the Mode button on VOCAL HUB to Bluetooth mode. The LED indicator will turn blue.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your computer or mobile phone and connect to VOCAL HUB.

USB Mode

- IPEVO VOCAL:Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on
Bluetooth Pairing

Select Modes & Connecting to Existing Conference Room Equipment
- Switch to the Mode button on VOCAL HUB to Line IN/OUT mode. The LED indicator will turn off.
- Connect VOCAL HUB to your current conferencing system via the 3.5mm audio cables.
Operating instructions for IPEVO VOCAL
Volume (Speaker)
Turn the knob all the way to the right to maximize the volume.
Omni
Enable OMNI omnidirectional reception mode.
Charging
To charge IPEVO VOCAL, connect it to a power source via a USB-C cable.

- AI Voice for Mic
- Turns noise reduction on/off for the microphone.
- AI Voice for Speaker
- Turns noise reduction on/off for incoming calls.
- Microphone mode switch
- Switches between the directional and omnidirectional microphone modes.
