Installation Instructions
Note: All components are placed inside this water fountain. Please
rotate to remove Sprinkle A and take off the filter shield. Then check the
quantity with the packing list. If there is a shortage of accessories, please
contact us through the Amazon email. We will provide you with the satisfied
after-sales service in time.

Step a:
Fill the water fountain with clean water. The maximum water mark has been marked next to the notch. -
Step b:
Plug in the connection tube on the water pump. -
Step c:
Place the water pump into the rectangle box at the bottom of the fountain, please make sure the connecting hole on the pump is facing the notch of the fountain body. -
Step d:
Fix the silicone sleeve on the notch of the fountain body and put on the filter shield. Twist the connecting pipe into the filter shield. Make sure it and the connecting tube and hole on the filter shield are in line. If there is a gap when installing the filter shield, it needs to be firmly pressed down to fix it. Please refer to pictures below. -
Step e:
Place the filter in the middle of the filter shield. -
Step f:
Put on the water tray and ensure the hole on the water tray aligns with the outlet below so that the transparent indicator pipe can be inserted. -
Step g:
Place the Sprinkler A or B according to your own preferences. Screw it with the water outlet in the middle. Notice Sprinkler B should be assembled with connecting pipe and stainless steel fountain cover, please refer to pictures below. (Sprinkler A with fountain) (Sprinkler B with stainless steel cover & connecting pipe) -
Step h:
Insert the USB plug into a suitable power outlet, and the water fountain can work normally.

Installation Instructions

- Fill the water fountain with clean water. The maximum water mark has been marked next to the notch.
- Plug in the connection tube on the water pump.
- Place the water pump into the rectangle box at the bottom of the fountain, please make sure the connecting hole on the pump facing the notch of the fountain body.
- Fix the silicone sleeve on the notch of fountain body and put on the filter shield. Twist connecting pipe into the filter shield. Make sure it and connecting tube and hole on the filter shield are in a line. If there is a gap when installing the filter shield, it needs to be firmly pressed down to fix it. Please refer to pictures below.
- Place the filter in the middle of the filter shield.
- Put on the water tray and ensure the hole on the water tray aligning with the outlet below so that the transparent indicator pipe can be inserted.

Use and Maintenance
- The water capacity in the water dispenser should not exceed the maximum water level when in use.
- It is recommended to place this water fountain indoor, which can effectively reduce impurities in the water.
- It is advised to replace the filter once every 1-2 weeks, and clean the water pump with the provided cleaning brush every two weeks to ensure the freshness of the water.
- Food induction can be used to make pets adapt to the new water fountain faster.
- When changing the location of the water dispenser, hold the two sides of the body to pick it up, do not pick it up from the top, to avoid the separation of the water dispenser (as shown in the picture).
Pump Cleaning Procedures
- According to the position indicated by “open” on the water pump, take out the pump cover, round water chamber cover and the 4-piece impeller (as shown in Figure below).
- Use a cleaning brush or cotton swab to clean the inside of the pump with water or soapy water.
- If the surface is relatively humid, you can use a diluted vinegar solution (20% white vinegar + 80% water) to soak the pump parts for ten minutes for further cleaning.
- After cleaning, install the 4-piece impeller, water chamber cover and water cover on the water pump in turn.
