Load Cell Cable Connection
Product: Health weigh Indicator
Issue: SAT appears on the indicator display
Cause: Improper cable connection
Solution: Connect the cable into the load cell connection port
When SAT appears on the display, the load cell cable may be plugged into the wrong connection port.

Use the following steps to ensure the cable is connected to the load cell connection port:
- Remove the four screws securing the back cover to the indicator **(see Figure 1).

- Connect the load cell cable to the indicator by plugging it into the load cell connection port.
- Secure the cable with the zip tie **(see Figure 2).

IMPORTANT:** Do not plug the load cell cable into the RS-232 connection
port on the right side
- Ensure the cable routes through the notch in the top of the back cover **(see Figure 3).

- Reinstall the back cover of the indicator.
