Product Usage Instructions

Connecting Devices

  1. Identify the USB-A and USB-C ports on the product.
  2. For USB-A devices, insert the USB-A connector into the corresponding USB-A port.
  3. For USB-C devices, insert the USB-C connector into the corresponding USB-C port.

Power Output Selection (USB-C Ports)
The USB-C ports support multiple power output options:

  • For devices requiring up to 45W power, connect them to either USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 ports.
  • For devices requiring up to 67W power, connect them to either USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 ports.
  • For devices requiring higher power output, such as 20V 3.35A (67W), connect them to either USB-C 1 or USB-C 2 port.

The USB-A ports have a maximum power output of 15W. Connect your USB-A devices to either USB-A 1 or USB-A 2 ports.

Charging Multiple Devices
To charge multiple devices simultaneously:

  • For USB-C devices, connect them to the available USB-C ports.
  • For USB-A devices, connect them to the available USB-A ports.

Power Limitations
Ensure that the total power consumption of connected devices does not exceed the maximum power output of the product. If the total power consumption exceeds the limit, charging may be slower or may not work at all.

When this product is connected to the power outlet, the Power Light, Surge Protection Light, and Grounded Protection Light will all turn white.

Tip : The surge protection feature can be used to protect your computers. smartphones, and other electronic equipment against voltage fluctuations, surges, and spikes. If the Surge Protection Light is off, it indicates the surge protector is not functioning normally.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Power Light: Automatically on when connected to a power outlet.
  2. Breathes white twice and then turns solid white when a device is connected to a USB-C Port.
