Product Usage Instructions
Pairing with App
- Open the App on your device.
- Tap on the icon located on the upper left corner of the screen.
- Select [Gateway].
Adding the Gateway

Select [G2] from the available options.

Plug in the Gateway and power it on.

While the light on the Gateway is flashing in Red and Blue alternately, tap on “Add Gateway”.
Connecting to Wi-Fi

Select the network you want to connect to and enter your Wi-Fi password.

Tap on “Next”.
Note: If the above process times out, please power off the Gateway and try again.

Q: What do the different light statuses indicate?
A: When the Gateway is powered on:- Flashing Red/Blue lights: Stand-by mode – Ready to Pair
- Blue light: Normal mode
- Red light: Network failure

Light Status
Pair with App
- Open the App
- Tap on on the upper left corner of the screen
- Select [Gateway]
- Select [ G2 ]
- Plug in the Gateway and power it on
- While the light is flashing in Red and Blue alternately, tap on “ + ”
- Add Gateway
- Select the network and enter your Wi-Fi password
