Please read the instructions before use.
Product Introduction
Indicator Flashing Rules:
- When the doorbell is pressed, the blue light stays on for two seconds and then turns off.
- PIR induction: Blue light repeatedly flashes on and off.
- Charging: solid red.
- Fully charged: The blue light is always on, and it will turn off after unplugging.
Doorbell & Chime Pairing
Plug the chime into a power outlet, and press and hold its volume key and
music key simultaneously. Meanwhile, press and hold the button of doorbell .
Wait until a prompt tone release from chime , that indicates the pairing
already success.
Download CAM720 APP from APP store or Google play, or by Scanning the QR code below.
Sign up & Login
Click “Register” to enter your email address, set the APP password, check the
verification code, and wait for the verification to be completed and jump
directly to the APP list.
Wi-Fi connection
Find the RESET button, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera until you hear “Di-“, continue to wait for “Di-” 2 times, and the camera will complete the self-test.
Precautions for network pairing
- Place the doorbell next to the router and install it after the network configuration is successful!
- Use 2.4GWiFi to configure the network.
- Check if the WiFi password is correct.
The device connects to the router via WiFi

In the APP: Click “+” and select “WiFi Connection”.

Tick “Hear Device Prompt Didi”; Click Next.

Follow the prompts shown in the app (please connect the WiFi to the JA-**** and return to the Cam720 app).

Enter the correct password for your phone’s WiFi connection and click “Next”.

After the device is connected, please wait patiently until the camera “broadcasts online”.

After the network configuration is successful, please follow the guide APP to enter the “next step” until the device list!

Playback
Select the date and open the desired time node, where you can filter the
desired event recordings.
Doorbell installation and removal
Base mounting
Install the Mounting Base vertically on the flat brick wall outside the door
in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Try to avoid mounting on metal materials.
Doorbell installation
Align the doorbell mounting notch with the base fixing slot, and push it
horizontally, then slide down about 3mm until you hear a “click” sound to
finish install.
Doorbell disassembly
Please turning off the forced disassembly alarm in the APP at first.
Then insert the disassembly pin into the disassembly hole above the doorbell
camera. At the same time, please slide the doorbell up about 3mm and take it
out in parallel.
How to use the doorbell properly
- Please make sure that the doorbell is within the Wi-Fi signal coverage range, and select the best location for the signal.
- Try to avoid installing on metal materials and partition wall closed areas to avoid signal interference.
- Avoid direct sunlight lens causing abnormal screen display.
- The doorbell is not waterproof, do not use it in outdoor environments or wet areas.
- When not in use for a long time, fully charge it at least once every 3 months.
- This product does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi network.
FAQ
Q1: Why can't the doorbell connect to the Wi-Fi network?
A 1: When WI-Fl is configured, please operate close to the router range, it is recommended to operate within two meters.
Q2: What should I do if the doorbell cannot be configured or the device is offline?
A2: (1) Check whether the battery and network are normal. (2) Doorbell reset and reconfiguration.
Q3: The doorbell is repeatedly offline or cannot load the video signal delay, etc
A3: (1) Keep away from high-power equipment and metal materials to block interference. (2) Check the firmware version and update it in time. (3) If the WiFi signal is poor, please change to other networks.
