1. Power on reset.
2. Please insert the camera adapter, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera until you hear “Di-“, continue to wait for “Di-” 2 times, the camera will complete the self-test.

Download CAM720 APP from APP store or Google play, or by Scanning the QR code above.

Sign up & Login

Register an account: Click “Register” > enter your email address, set your APP passcode, check the verification code, and wait for the verification to be completed and then jump directly to the APP list.

Note : if you don’t want register an account, it can’t remote, but you canuse stand alone mode to view the camera. This mode only support Local view.

WiFi connection

Please insert the camera adapter, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera until you hear “Di-“, continue to wait for “Di-” 2 times, the camera will complete the self-test.

1. In the APP： click “+” > select “WiFi connection”.
2. Check “Hear the device announce didi” ; Click “Next”.
3. Follow the prompts shown in the app (please connect WiFi to JAA-**** and go back to the Cam720 APP).
4. Enter the correct password for the WiFi connection of your phone and click “Next”.
5. When the device is connected, pls wait patiently until camerais online”,then click the video to view.

Note: Tap the small screen 3 times in a row to switch the lens screen to each other.

One touch call

After pressing the call button, “CAM720” will push the invitation notification, and after opening, click “Answer” to achieve a two-way call.
Note : Make sure that the message push function in the detection alarm settings is turned on, otherwise the CMA720 cannot push information.

Playback
Turn on the playback function and two Record method available: SDcard record(8-128G) and Cloud Record. SD card record supports 3 record modes: 24/7 continuous, motion-triggered, scheduled record.

Bracket mounting

1. This camera can be placed on the desktop, or do ceil or Wall mounted.
2. Fix the bracket to the wall and mark the hole to mash the hole, use a 6mm drill bit to get the hole, and then fill the rubber stopper to insert into the hole.
3. Align the bracket with the hole and tighten the screws. Fix the fuselage, hold the fuselage, tighten and turn.

Share
Share your camera with your friends and families A1: Make sure GPS Location service is on and “Allow” is selected

1. Your friend should have an account of cam720 APP.
2. In main account, enter the Email of the friend APP account or scan the QR code of the account to share it.
3. Freely set the permission on this shared account.

Detection alarm settings

1. Zoned area vigilance detection, the red part represents the planned warning area.
2. Warning information push, alarm information is pushed to the mobile phone in time through the APP background.
3. Sound alarm warns suspicious characters to leave as soon as possible, and supports custom voice.

How to use it correctly

1. This product is suitable for indoor scenes, “not waterproof” please avoid outdoor installation.
2. It should be installed in a ventilated environment as much as possible to avoid unstable factors caused by long-term closed high temperature replacement.
3. The camera and the router should be controlled within 10 meters of the partition wall, and the open environment should be kept within 20 meters.
4. When using at night, do not place items in front of the camera lens and do not face the wall, glass window, mirror, etc., so as not to block the reflection of infrared rays and affect the image quality.
5. The installation area should be away from high-power equipment to avoid signal interference and affect the use experience.

Q1: What should I do if WiFi configuration failed?
A1: Make sure GPS Location service is on and “Allow” is selected for all app permissions;
Check the WiFi password is entered correctly, no more than 31 digits, and letter case;
After all steps above completed, check router settings, such as: “blacklist”, “firewall”, “Device Internet restrictions”, etc.

Q2: How to do if the camera is offline always?
A2: Please check conneciton of the camera adapter and socket, or replace the power supply.
Check the wifi signal strength, make camera closer to router.

Q3: How could multiple users view at the same time?
A3: Please use share funtion to other users.
