Product Usage Instructions

1. Powering On/Off:

To power on the device, press and hold the power button located on the front panel. To power off, press and hold the same button until the device shuts down.

2. Adjusting Settings:

Use the control buttons on the side of the device to navigate through different settings. Press the up or down button to scroll and the select button to confirm your choice.

3. Maintenance:

Keep the device clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the device. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What should I do if WiFi configuration failed?

A: Make sure GPS Location service is on and Allow is selected for all app permissions Check the WiFi password is entered correctly, no more than 31 digits, and letter case After all steps above completed, check router settings, such as blacklist , firewall, Device Internet restrictions ', etc.

Q: How to do if the camera is offline always?

A: Please check conneciton of the camera adapter and socket, or replace the power supply. Check the wifi signal strength, make camera closer to router.

Q: How could multiple users view at the same time?

A: Please use share funtion to other users.

Q: What should I do if the device does not power on?

A: Check if the battery is properly inserted and charged. Try charging the device using the provided charger for at least an hour before attempting to power it on again

Q: How can I reset the device to factory settings?

A: Locate the reset button on the back of the device and use a paperclip to press and hold it for 10 seconds. This will reset the device to its original factory settings.

Q: Can I use the device while it is charging?

A: Yes, you can use the device while it is charging. However, it is recommended to let it charge fully before extended use for better battery longevity.

Sign up & Login

Register an account: Click “Register” > enter your email address, set your APP passcode, check the verification code, and wait for the verification to be completed and then jump directly to the APP list.
Note: if you don’t want register an account, it can’t remote, but you can use stand alone mode to view the camera. This mode only support Local view .

WiFi connection

Please insert the camera adapter, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera until you hear “Di-“, continue to wait for “Di-” 2 times, the camera will complete the self-test.

1. In the APP: click “+” > select “WiFi connection”.
2. Check “Hear the device announce didi”; Click “Next”.
3. Follow the prompts shown in the app (please connect WiFi to JAA-**** and go back to the Cam720 APP).
4. Enter the correct password for the WiFi connection of your phone and click “Next”.
5. When the device is connected, ols wait patiently until camerais online”, then click the video to view.

Wired Connection

Plug the power supply and Ethernet cable to the router: Pls plug the adapter for the camera, and connect the camera with the Ethenet cable to the router. Reset the camera: Long-press the reset button about 5-8s until you hearing Prompted, select wired connection to connect it.
NOTE: Pls confirm the cellphone connected the same wifi of the router that camera connected.If the camera has a Network port, it supports wired/WiFi connection,otherwise, pls select wifi connection to connect.

Note: Tap the small screen 3 times in a row to switch the lens screen to each other.

Playback

Turn on the playback function and two recording methods available: SDcard record (8-128G) and Cloud Record. SD card record supports 3 record modes: 24/7 continuous, motion-triggered, scheduled record.

Bracket mounting

Installation procedure:

1. Keep bracket A in the same direction as the fixed lens, then bring the camera and bracket A together, and then turn bracket A to hold them both in place.

2. Put the other end of bracket A together with the slot of the bracket
   B, and then just push it down.

3. Attach bracket B to the wall and make a mark on the hole to ponch holes, and use a 6mm drill bit to get the holes, then Stuff the rubber stopper into the hole.

4. Select a suitable location and install expansion screws on the wall. for example, if it’s a wooden wall, expansion screws are not required.

5. Align the bracket with the hole position and tighten the screws.

Look out:

The wall on which the camera is installed must be able to withstand at least three times the total weight of the camera and not less than 50N or 5KG.

Share your camera with your friends and families

1. Your friend should have an account of the cam720 APP.
2. in the main account, enter the Email of the friend’s APP account or scan the QR code of the account to share it.
3.  Freely set the permission on this shared account.

Detection alarm settings

1. Zoned area vigilance detection, the red part represents the planned warning area.
2. Warning information push, alarm information is pushed to the mobile phone in time through the APP background.
3. Sound alarm warns suspicious characters to leave as soon as possible, and supports custom voice.

How to use it correctly

1. This product is suitable for outdoor scenes, ” waterproof”
2. It should be installed in a ventilated environment as much as possible to avoid unstable factors caused by long-term closed high temperature replacement.
3. The camera and the router should be controlled within 10 meters of the partition wall, and the open environment should be kept within 20 meters.
4. When using at night, do not place items in front of the camera lens and do not face the wall, glass window, mirror, etc., so as not to block.the reflection of infrared rays and affect the image quality.
5. The installation area should be away from high-power equipment to avoid signal interference and affect the use experience.
