HOW TO ADJUST
ADJUST THE HANDLE POSITION
- MAKE SURE THAT THE FASTENING STRAP IS PROPERLY PLACED
We recommend to place the opening part of the fastening strap on the outside.

TAKE SHORT STEPS
TAKE OFF YOUR CRUTCH CORRECTLY
The flexible fastening strap allows you to take off your crutch from behind of
from the side.
For a better grip and greater safety you may experiencia some pressure.
WARNINGS
These crutches are recommended for active crutch users and with common
pathologies such as: hip operation, knee operation, back problems, stroke,
amputees, spinal cord injury, hemiplegia or multiple trauma.
Before using, make sure that:
■ Your elbow is placed in the suggested zone.
■ The handle padding is well adjusted and does not slip out of place.
■ Nothing is unadjusted or uneven and there are no cracks in the metal.
■ All the springs and screws are tight and well regulated.
■ The forearm support is at a 30 degree angle with respect to the horizontal
axis.
■ The grip of the handle is well regulated, placing the elbow in the indicated
area.
■ The maximum forearm length for the crutches should not exceed 9.5”. The
minimum forearm length requirement is 7.8” measured from the elbow to the
wrist.
When using, make sure that:
■ You do not have any disability or are under the influence of any medicine,
etc., that a medical professional or therapist would deem to be in conflict
with the safe use of the product.
■ You have consulted a doctor or therapist and have been informed of the
proper and safe way to walk with these crutches.
■ You have correctly adjusted the height of the crutch, which has 17
adjustments every 0.6”. The minimum height of the crutch is 38” and the
maximum height is 48” approx.
■ If you use two crutches, ensure they are both set to the same height and all
springs are working correctly.
■ Body weight should be evenly distributed throughout your forearm and not on
the hand.
■ In the event of a sudden accident or shock, do not hold the crutches.
■ Release your hands and try to place them on the ground.
■ The maximum weight capacity for this crutch should not exceed 220 lb.
■ The maximum height capacity fro this crutch should not exceed 6’1”.
■ The minimum height requirement is 4’11”.
■ Try to avoid potential risks and hazards that would put your safety in
jeopardy eg, slippery surfaces, irregular surfaces and objects on the ground.
■ Using these crutches does not eliminate the potential risk of falling.
■ Whilst these crutches have been designed to be more comfortable for the
patient, careful use should be carried out at all times.
■ These crtuches should be kept clean at all times.
■ Any serious incident related to the product must be reported to the
manufacturer and to the competent authority of the Member State in which the
user and patient are established.
The product can be cleaned and disinfected with commercially available
products, as well as with a damp cloth. The padding can be hand washed or
machine washed in cold water. Always keep the product clean and wash it
regularly.
