INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Prior to installation, remove the Set Screw (D) and disassemble the Spout (C),Spout Adapter (A) and the Escutcheon (B).
Screw on the tub spout adaptor (A). A 1” Hex Key is recommended to use.
Slide the Escutcheon (B) onto the Spout (C).
Install the Escutcheon (B) and the Spout (C) onto the Tub Spout Adaptor (A).
Using a hex wrench, tighten the Set Screw (D) underneath the Spout (C).
Position and ensure that the Escutcheon (B) is against the wall.
Using the Stream Straightener Tool (F), remove the Stream Straightener (E) and run water for 30 seconds to flush debris from the tub spout.
Using the Stream Straightener Tool (F), reinstall the Stream Straightener (E).
Installation is complete.
