Product Usage Instructions

Mounting Options

Recessed Mounting:
For recessed mounting, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the minimum clearance of 12mm and maximum clearance of 50mm is available.
2. If using the Omega Moduline 300×1200 in the Mirror Bright version, the minimum clearance should still be 12mm and the maximum clearance should still be 50mm.
3. The suspension kit (MRG 96633199) can be used for mounting. Refer to the “Suspension Kit” section for installation instructions.

Pull Up Mounting:

For pull-up mounting, follow these steps:

1. Use the surface mounting kit for pull-up mounting. Refer to the “Surface Mounting Kit” section for installation instructions.
2. The suspension kit (MRG 96633199) can be used for mounting. Refer to the “Suspension Kit” section for installation instructions.

300×1200 Mounting:
For mounting the Omega Moduline 300×1200, follow the same steps as described in the “Recessed Mounting” section.

Surface Mounting Kit
The surface mounting kit can be used for pull-up mounting. Use the following kit based on the product model:

• For BC and PIRBC models, use Surface Mounting Kit Q600 (96635031) for Omega Moduline 600×600 and Q625 (96635033) for Omega Moduline 625×625.
• For the 3×12 model, use Surface Mounting Kit 3×12 (96635034).

Suspension Kit
The suspension kit can be used for mounting the luminaire. Use the following kit based on the product model:

• For all models, use the Suspension Kit (MRG 96633271).

Battery Connection
To connect the battery, follow these steps:

1. Use a Li-ion battery.
2. If a spare battery is needed, refer to the Spare Battery section for the appropriate battery code.
3. Click the battery into place.
4. Tighten the battery using a torque wrench with a torque value of 1.0 – 1.2 Nm.

Fitting Omega Moduline 600×600 & 625×625
When fitting the Omega Moduline 600×600 & 625×625, ensure the following:

• A minimum clearance of 12mm and a maximum clearance of 50mm is available.
• The distance from the ceiling should be 165mm.

Fitting Omega Moduline 300×1200
When fitting the Omega Moduline 300×1200, ensure the following:

• A minimum clearance of 12mm and a maximum clearance of 50mm is available.
• The distance from the ceiling should be 165mm.
• This applies only to the Mirror Bright version.

Remote Driver Wiring
To wire the remote driver, follow these steps:

1. Connect the wires according to the provided diagram.
2. Use the appropriate input terminal with a maximum size of 35 and m.
3. The wire diameter should be between 8.5-9.5mm.

Wire Connection
To make wire connections, follow these steps:

1. Refer to the provided diagram for the wire connection.
2. Tighten the wires using a torque wrench with a torque value of 1 Nm.

Gear Tray Wiring
To wire the gear tray, follow these steps:

• For the HFSX model, use wiring kit 96404588.
• For BC and PIRBC models, use wiring kit 96416688.
• For the MWS model, use wiring kit 96356093.
• For the SENS model, use wiring kit 96418144.

FAQ

• Q: Can I cover the luminaire with thermally insulating material?
• A: No, the GB Luminaire is not suitable for covering with thermally insulating material.
