Installation Tools Required

Vehicle used for installation:
Toyota Hilux 2020 -> (Facelift)
Standard Stereo
Some differences may occur between different car and year models.

ZDST6CS Installation 1

Tools required:

1. Door removal

2. Remove tweeter panel

3. Disconnect tweeter connector

4. Tweeter connector disconnected ZDST6CS Installation 2
   Tools required:

5. Remove plastic panel

6. Unscrew the screw

7. Remove armrest

8. Remove window switch panel ZDST6CS Installation 3
   Tools required:

9. Disconnect the connector

10. Unscrew the two screws

11. Pull the door towards you

12. Lift up the door ZDST6CS Installation 4
    Tools required:
    

13. Disconnect the connector

14. Door panel removed

15. Drill out the OEM speaker

16. Connect speaker harness ZDST6CS Installation 5
    Tools required:

17. Rivet the speaker in place

18. Connect the speaker connector

19. Reassemble the door in reverse

20. Remove OEM tweeter

21. OEM tweeter removed

22. Mount the Phoenix Gold tweeter

23. Connect tweeter speaker harness

24. Mount back the tweeter panel
