Introduction
The BenQ Interactive Flat Panel offers an extra level of flexibility for
device control through voice assistant. Saffi lets users control the flow of
meetings by allowing them to start timers or search the Internet from anywhere
in the room.
Before you start
Installing Saffi
Go to BenQ App Store > BenQ Apps to find Saffi. Tap the icon to download the
software.
You can always open the app to manage settings for Saffi.
Language settings
- Supported languages
- English, Traditional Chinese, Spanish and French.
- The language recognition of Saffi follows the system language of your BenQ display. If your language is currently not supported, the default language of Saffi will be English.
- Go to System > Language & Input to change your system language.
Switching microphone input
- You may choose to speak directly to the remote control’s microphone or to the display’s built-in microphone.
- Go to Device > Current mic to change your microphone input source.
Start using Saffi
- Press the voice command key ( ) on the remote control to activate Saffi.
- Hold the key and say the supported commands.
- Release the button until you finish the command.
