Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI Portable Multifunctional Air Compressor Pump.
This air compressor is equipped with dual motors, enabling rapid inflation. It also accepts three power supplies for convenient use anywhere.
In addition to regular tires, this air compressor can also fill large inflatable objects like pool toys.
The air compressor will automatically shut off when it reaches the preset pressure (ensure the pressure set is higher than the current pressure of the tire).

WARNING

Please read the instructions carefully before use. Incorrect usage may damage the product.
Use caution when handling electrical power supplies .
To preserve the service life of the pump, do not connect to multiple types of power supplies at the same time.
If using the rechargeable battery, ensure it is sufficiently charged for proper inflation.
Check the preset pressure before use, it should be set to a level appropriate for the object being inflated .
Keep the compressor away from any heat sources, such as the exhaust pipe of a car. Do not use the compressor near any flammable liquids or gas. Avoid contact with fire, corrosive gasses, liquids, and strong magnetic fields .
Visually inspect the air compressor before use. If any parts are damaged, please do not use the air compressor.
To avoid risk of electric shock, do not use the air compressor if it is damaged or if its wires are exposed.
Do not over-inflate tires. High pressure air can cause injury.
Do not aim the nozzle at people or any part of a human body .
The air nozzle is compatible with all Schrader Valves. This includes cars, small trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and bicycles.
During continuous use, the air compressor heats up and stays hot for some time after. Be careful when touching the air compressor.
After 20 minutes of continuous use, let the compressor cool for at least 10 minutes.
PSI, BAR, and KPA are pressure units, not pressure levels.
The air compressor’s DC power supply is compatible with 12V DC/1 SA cigarette lighters. Do not connect it to a 24V power supply. • Do not use reactive chemicals to clean the air compressor.
Use mild soap and a cloth dipped in hot water to clean the plastic parts.
The rechargeable battery pack should be used in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
The rechargeable battery pack should be recharged shortly after being discharged. Prolonged time at a low charge can damage the battery, reducing its maximum life.
Do not recharge the battery pack while it’s being used to power an air compressor.

FUNCTIONS

THREE POWER SUPPLIES

Insert the cigarette plug into your car’s 12V outlet.
Plug the AC power plug into the wall socket.
Insert the 2.0AH rechargeable battery pack into the back of the air compressor.

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: ENSURE THAT YOUR CAR ENGINE IS RUNNING BEFORE YOU POWER THE COMPRESSOR .

Choose a power supply to connect to the air compressor. (Although there are three compatible power supplies, only one may be used at a time.)
Press the power/unit button to activate the air compressor after the air compressor is powered.
Press the power/unit Button again to switch units between PSI, BAR and KPA.
Use the’+’ and’ – ‘buttons to set the desired pressure. Use the tire pressure guide on the inside of the driver’s door for guidance. Make sure the preset pressure is higher than the current pressure of your tire.
Remove the cap from the valve stem of your tire, then attach the inflator nozzle to the valve stem. If you need to illuminate the area, press the LED button (Tip: For better sealing when using the quick connector, align the valve stem, firmly press in, and flip the small lever.
Switch the multifunctional start button to the ‘I’ side to start inflating.
After inflation is complete, switch the multifunctional start button to the ‘O’ side. When not in use, hold down the power/unit button to turn off the air compressor. (When using the rechargeable battery, doing this can maximize battery life.)

LARGE-VOLUME MODE

Press the power/unit button to activate the air compressor after the air compressor is powered.
For large-volume inflation, insert the hose at the designated rear position and turn counterclockwise to secure. For deflation, insert and secure the hose to the side port designated in the second diagram .
Select a compatible air nozzle to insert into the item’s inflation port .
Switch the multifunctional start button to the’ II’ side to activate large-volume mode.
After inflation is complete, switch the Multifunctional start button to ‘O’. When not in use, please hold down the Power/Unit button to turn off the air compressor. (When using the rechargeable battery, doing this can maximize battery life.)

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK

To install the battery, push the battery downward along the slot until it clicks into place.
To remove the battery, hold the handle, press and hold the unlock button, then pull the 1 battery upward.

HOW TO CHARGE THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK

Connect the charger to the round port on the rechargeable battery pack and plug in the charger. When the charger’s LED is red, the battery is charging; when the LED is green, the battery is fully charged.
Hold down the power button to check the remaining battery level of the rechargeable battery pack. The battery indicators will light up only when the power button is pressed.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING

AIR COMPRESSOR WILL NOT INFLATE

Ensure the in-line fuse is secure and inserted correctly; replace fuse if necessary .
Check the vehicle cigarette lighter fuse, it should be rated at15A.
Ensure there is a secure connection between the cigarette plug and 12V socket.
Ensure the AC plug is firmly connected to the AC wall socket.
Ensure the 2.0AH rechargeable battery pack is securely connected to the rechargeable battery port.
The preset tire pressure may be lower than the current tire pressure. Increase the preset tire pressure to the manufacturer recommended level.

AIR COMPRESSOR IS OPERATING ABNORMALLY

The inflation nozzle is not properly connected to the tire’s valve stem .
The AC/DC power supply or rechargeable battery pack is not firmly connected.
The preset tire pressure may be lower than the current tire pressure. Increase the preset tire pressure to the manufacturer recommended level.
Ensure the large-volume hose is correctly connected.

AIR LEAKING THROUGH HOSE

Ensure there is a secure connection between the inflation nozzle and the tire valve.

SLOW INFLATION

The inflation nozzle is not connected properly to the tire’s valve stem.
Excessive use will slow the inflation rate of the pump. Let it cool for at least 1 O minutes.
