Protection Device Mode (Overheating Protection)
Continuous use with a blocked exhaust may cause motor overheating. When the protection device mode is activated, the device will automatically shut down and cannot be switched ON.
After approximately an hour, the protection device mode will be deactivated, and the device will be ready for usage.

When moving the whole machine, please put the suction handle on the handle hanger and roll the power cable into the cable rack.

Before Use Guide

  1. Install the handle hanger on the main engine Handle Rack.
  2. Open the clean tank lid attached to the handle and pour in water from the tap. The clean water tank has a capacity of approximately 1400 ml.
  3. Connection of vacuum hose: Insert the hose into the interface of the host and securely fasten it.
  4. Hold the handle with the nozzle pointing down and press the jet handle several times.

Correct use of power cord and power plug

  • Dust accumulation or moisture may lead to poor insulation, and cause fire, and electric shock.
  • The power plug must be fully inserted into the power plug short circuit may cause fire and electric shock.
  • Please unplug the power cord from the socket for maintenance, inspection, and movement
  • Do not unplug if you have water stains on your hands as this may result in an electric shock, burns, or other injuries.

  • Do not inhale the following objects:
    • Lots of garbage
    • Sharp objects such as pin or tack and glass, etc.
    • Lots of sand and pebbles
    • Dry Dust Powder
    • Plastic bags, stockings, silk stockings, etc.
  • After use in cold areas, be sure to clean the sewage water in the recycling box, cleaning tank, vacuum area, and hose.
  • In the process of absorption, if the recycled material in the hose is blocked, please directly turn off the power and remove the blockage, otherwise, it may lead to failure

Filter Safety

  • Ensure you install the filter before usage.
  • If damaged, or lost, please replace the filter net.

Protection Device Mode (Overheating Protection)

Continuous use in the case of the blocked exhaust will lead to motor overheating when the protection device mode starts, the device will automatically shut down and cannot be switched ON.

Following the activation of the protection device mode:

  • Turn the power OFF on the device and unplug the power cord.
  • Place the device in the shade.
    In about an hour, the protective device mode will be deactivated,and the device would be ready for usage.

Before Use Guide

  1. Install the handle hanger on the main engine

  2. Open the clean tank lid attached to the handle and pour in water from the tap.
    Warning

    • Please make sure the cover of the cleaning tank is closed.
    • Do not fill the water tank with anything other than tap water or alkaline ionized water. Otherwise, the device may malfunction.
    • Please empty the water in the tank after use. Water stored in a closed container can cause leaks or develop mould.
  3. Connection of vacuum hose
    The hose is inserted into the interface of the host, and the snap is ejected and fastened evenly

  4. Connection of handle
    Connect the other end of the vacuum hose connected to the host machine with the handle, and the snap will be ejected and fastened evenly.

  5. Hold the handle with the nozzle pointing down and press the jet handle several times.
    When spraying water, the handle needs to be tilted. The handle should be positioned slightly lower at the front and higher at the tail, otherwise, the water may not flow freely.
    When spraying water, the nozzle at the front should be aimed at Warning the dirty area below to ensure effective cleaning.

  6. When moving the machine, please make sure the handle and hose are placed on the racks.

How to Operate

  1. Insert the power supply
    Before inserting the power plug into the socket, make sure that the power switch is turned OFF

  2. Press the power button to switch it ON

  3. Hold the suction handle tightly while spraying clean water while absorbing water

    • Press the suction inlet on the dirty suruface and pull the handle slowly away from the surface
    • Ensure you press the suction nozzle against the surface firmly and there is no air gap, otherwise, the suction inlet performance will be reduced considerably.
    • Water trickles down as soon as the spray handle is released
    • Do not spray water continuously in the same place. The water is quickly absorbed after spraying. If moisture remains in the depth of the texture, it may lead to mould growth
  4. Absorb the rest of the water without spraying water

    • Press the suction inlet level on the dirty surface, and slowly pull back. Make sure to absorb any water on the dirty surface so that it can be absorbed into the recycling tank.
    • If too much moisture remains, mould may develop.
    • Dry with a hair dryer after use on a texture prone to water accumulation
  5. Switch OFF the device
    After usage press the power button to turn OFF the device

  6. Unplug the power
    Remove the power plug from the wall socket
    Warning

    • Before removing the power plug, turn OFF the power switch
    • When removing the power plug, do not touch the metallic part of the plug
    • After use, do not leave the power supply plugged in. Ensure the plug is removed
  7. Empty the recycling box, clean the water tank, and remove the vacuum hose and handle for storage
    Please refer to the maintenance instructions before storage.

Removing stubborn stains

For stains that are difficult to remove, a solution of detergent should be applied to the stain first before cleaning. Once the stain has been able to float to the surface, it will be easier to clean.

Warning

  • Do not put detergent into the cleaning tank
  • When using detergent, test it on a small area first, to ensure that it does not cause discolouration or other problems
  • Do not use diluents, volatile oils, chlorinated bleach or other flammable solvents. They may discolour, malfunction, and cause a fire.

Recommend

  • Strongly basic ionic water
  • Soda Ash
  • Citric acid Hypochlorous acid water
  • Low-foaming detergents, etc

Not Applicable

  • Neutral detergent for kitchen
  • Strong alkaline detergent
  • Strong acid detergent

Warning: High-foaming detergents, etc., may cause the cleaner to absorb the foam

  1. Apply detergent to the carpet and remove stains with the brush on the handle
    Warning: Please read the detergent usage instructions and precautions carefully before using it.

  2. Soak up the stain
    When the stain floats, soak it correctly by doing the following:

    • Soak up directly on the stain
    • Ensure that the water tank is clean and filled with fresh tap water
    • Warm water below 40 degrees is more effective
    • To avoid detergent residue, it is important to carefully absorb

Note
When the foam in the recycling box exceeds the full waterline,please stop the operation, otherwise, water droplets may be injected into the main engine

How to Clean

Disposing of the wastewater in the recycling tank

  1. Power cut
    When the wastewater in the recycling tank reaches the full waterline, please stop the operation, and turn OFF the power switch.

  2. Remove the recycling bin
    Remove the recycling bin by holding the handle upwards.

  3. Open the lid at the back of the recycling bin and empty the wastewater

  4. Clean the recycling bin with water.

    Note
    If dirty water is left in the recycling box and vacuum hose, it will lead to the reproduction of microorganisms and bacteria, which will cause a foul smell.

  5. The recycling box cover should be covered according to the original installation method and installed back on the main engine

    • Ensure that the lid of the recycling box is properly closed, otherwise, it may cause water leaks.
    • Place the recycling bin back in the main machine

Note: If the recycling box is not properly inserted, there will be a decrease in suction strength

  • Please pour out the wastewater before it exceeds the full water level. Once the water level reaches full level, the automatic water absorption stop device will stop working.
  • As soon as the automatic water absorption stop device is started, turn OFF the device, remove the recycling box, and dispose of the wastewater as soon as possible.

Note: Due to bubbles and other reasons, the automatic water float may stop the device before it reaches the full water level

Warning: If the inside of the main engine is waterlogged, please remove the handle, vacuum hose and recycling box, and let the main engine run for 5-10 minutes to dry the inside of the main engine

Emptying the tank of water

  1. Press down on the handle buckle and pull out the vacuum hose connector
  2. Open the lid of the cleaning tank and let the water pour down through the injection port

Product Maintenance

Warning

  • During maintenance, turn OFF the device and remove the plug.
  • Do not wash the device, as it could result in electric shock, injury, or failure
  • Do not use detergent, thinner, volatile oils, bleach, etc
  • Do not use chemical rags

Cleaning the main body

  • Use a soft cloth soaked in warm water (below 40 degrees) and wipe the surface clean.
  • When dirt is difficult to clean, please use a small amount of kitchen detergent to wipe away the dirt. Be careful not to leave any detergent residue, and then dry the water stains with a clean, dry cloth

Cleaning the handle, recycling bin, vacuum hose

  • Please detach the handle, recycling bin and vacuum hosefrom the main machine after each use and dry it after washing
  • Clean the handle with water after removing the transparent cover of the suction inlet
  • If the nozzle is blocked, please remove the blockage after cleaning
  • Please confirm whether there is any damage to the vacuum hose

Cleaning the filter Net

If the vacuum filter is blocked, clean or replace it with a new one

Note

  • After washing, the filter should be placed in a ventilated place, and then installed back into the unit once it has dried
  • After maintenance, be sure to install the filter screen

Storage
