The product adopts the internationally advanced BTS.0. This technology has the characteristics of stable signal, long transmission distance, stereo Hi-Fi sound quality and strong versatility.

Functional description
Power supply
- Power on: automatically power on, when open the case.
- Power off: Push back to auto power off and charge.
Factory Reset
When the earphone in the closed case, Press the button on the back of the
charging box for 10 seconds and the red light flashes 5 times to reset.
Functional Description Charge.
Charge
1. Charge for earbuds
- ChargingforV24 TWS earbuds,while put them into charging case.
- When the power less than 20% ,voice will prompt every 3 minutes.
2. Charge for charging case
- Charging indicate of battery power
Green: 80%~100%
Blue: 20%~80%
Red: Less than 20%
Pairing mode
- Forthe first use,open the charging case and press the button on the back for3s,the light flashes alternately for 10s.
- Turn on the phone’s Bluetooth switch and search for “V-24” in the Bluetooth list, Choose V-24, indicating connected means successful connection.
- Forthe first time paired ,you need to operate connecting Bluetooth V-24 as step 1, or you can also wear both earbuds simultaneously and touch binaural earbuds for 2s at thesametime.Please release while hear the “pairing” prompt.
- For the second time paired,open the charging case, and V-24 tws earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device.If paired failure,the earbuds will be in the state of waiting to be connected, and shut down within 10 minutes. Note: If you delete the V24 Bluetooth in the Bluetooth list of your phone, you need to reconnectaccordingto step 1 when you use it again.
- Single earbud mode
Pick up one earbud (LorR) and keep the other one in the charging case.
Dual earbuds mode
Pick up two earbuds (L& R) and they will be automatically entered binaural mode.
Music mode
- Take off earphone:Pause the playback Put on earphone:Resume playing
- Dual click on the left earbud or right earbud means previous or next song
- Music Pause Play: Click Pause, click Play
Talking mode
- When calling, double-click the left or right earbuds to answer tha call.
- During the call.double click the left or right earbud to hang up the call.
ANC switch
- press 2s on left earbud or right earbud:switch onANC / Monitor mode.
Voice assistant
- Whether it is in single earbud mode or dual earbuds mode,just touch one earbud 3 times to wake up the voice assistant
Safety precautions
- DO not use the device in dusty, wet, dirty or near the magnetic field to avoid short circuit.
- When useearbudsto listen to music or talk, the minimum volume required for music or talk is recommended. Exposure to high levels during surveillance could lead to permanent hearing loss.
- Keep in mind yourdutytodrive safely and do not engage in distracting activities
- Do not wrap, seal or cover the equipment with towels or other items. Don’t use in enclosed environments such as boxes, boxes, etc.
- Don’t place the equipment near a heat source or an exposed fire source, such as an electric heater, microwave oven, oven, or water heater, candle, or other place where heat maybe generated.
- Don’t use the microwave oven or hairdryer blower, etc external heating equipment for dry processing.
- Please wipe the equipment with a clean, dry soft cloth for cleaning and maintenance. Please stop using the equipment during cleaning and maintenance.
- Please use the equipment under-10°C-+45 ° Ctemperature, and store in the temperature to 40°Cto + 10°c. Equipment failure may occur when the ambient temperature is too high or too low.
- Please place the equipment or its accessories in a ventilated, cool and non-direct sunlight place.
- The device and its accessories may contain some small parts. Please place them out of reach by children to avoid swallowing small parts leading to suffocation or other danger.
- Do not dismantle or modify the equipment without authorization, otherwise not covered by the warranty. please contact ourcustomer service center if equipment failure
- Do not treat the equipment and its accessories as or dinary household garbage. Please observe local ordinances and support recycling activities.
- Do not step on, pull or bend the equipment cables to avoid abnormal operation of the equipment.
- Do not use strong chemicals, detergents or strong detergents to clean equipment or its metal parts. Wipe equipment with a clean, dry soft cloth.
Equipment maintenance
- It is recommended that dip appropriate a mount of alcohol with cotton to swab charging point of the headset. Prevent it from being unable to charge due to dirt.
- Please keep the equipment dry. Do not dry the equipment by using the microwave oven or hairdryer etc.
- Do not place the equipment in too high or low temperature to avoid causinge quipment failure.

- Please do not put the magnetics tripe card (such as bankcard, phone card, etc.) into the device, otherwise lt may lead to damage of magnetic stripe
