Product Usage Instructions

Before Use:

1. Check inside the package for all parts.
2. Remove the cover and vapor insert from the base.

Preparing the Diffuser

3. Fill the base with 60 ml (2.03 fl. oz.) of room-temperature tap water.
4. Add 5 to 10 drops of your desired essential oil.
5. Replace the vapor insert, ensuring alignment, and place the cover over the base.
6. Plug the USB cable into the unit first, then connect it to a USB port.

Operating the Diffuser

Power

1. Press the power icon once for continuous operation.
2. Press the power icon again to turn off diffusing.

Light:

1. Press the light icon once to turn on the warm light.
2. Press the light icon again to activate the colour-rotating lights.
3. Press the light icon to select a displayed color.
4. Press the light icon to turn off the lights.

• Clean the unit by rinsing the water tank and wiping it dry with a clean cloth.

• Never use steamed water or very cold water.

How it works

• The NOW® Solutions Ultrasonic Glass Swirl USB Oil Diffuser uses high-frequency ultrasonic technology that vibrates water inside the unit, creating an ultra-fine mist.
• When essential oils are added, they are immediately dispersed into the air, providing healthful benefits and helping to ionize the air.

How to use

1. Check inside all pieces for all parts, and remove the cover and vapor insert.
   • Plug the cable into the unit FIRST, then connect to a USB port.
2. fill the base with 60 ml (2.03 fl. oz.) of room-temperature tap water. Then add 5 to 10 drops of your essential oil. Do not move once the unit has been filled with water. Do not use distilled or purified/filtered water. Do not overfill past indication lines.
3. Replace the vapor insert, and check for alignment. Then, place the cover over the base.
4. Press the power icon to begin.

• DO NOT FILL ABOVE MAX FILL LINE.
• DO NOT FILL BASE UNDER RUNNING WATER.
• NOTE: Oil mist can damage wooden and painted surfaces; wipe up any residue quickly and often.

How to clean

• We recommend that you clean your NOW® Solutions Ultrasonic Glass Swirl USB Oil Diffuser every time you change oils. Oils are corrosive, and over time they build up on the ceramic parts.
• To ensure a long life for your diffuser, follow these simple cleaning and maintenance instructions:
• Turn off the unit and disconnect the power plug. Lift off the outer cover and vapor insert. Empty any remaining water into a sink.
• Rinse the water tank and wipe it dry with a clean cloth every time you use a different type of essential oil. Keep water from entering the vent.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the unit.
• Use a cotton swab or brush to clean the ceramic disc.
• Do not use detergents or abrasive agents to clean the diffuser unit.
• Disconnect the diffuser unit from power before cleaning.
• Use the diffuser unit on a dry and even surface.

Troubleshooting

No mist

|

The unit is out of water

|

Add additional water.

No mist or little mist| The unit needs to be cleaned; oils are clinging to the ceramic disc or sensor| Clean the unit as advised in the instructions with clean water and clean the ceramic disc/sensor with a brush or swab.
The water level is higher than max level line| Clean the unit and add water ½ way to fill the line and additional water after getting mist.
Remove excess water and restart the diffuser.
Blinking Lights| The water level indicator is dirty| Clean the unit as advised, making sure to swab the sensor/disc inside the bottom of the unit.
The unit will not stop running even though empty| The unit is out of water| Clean the unit as advised, making sure to swab the sensor/disc inside the bottom of the unit.
No misting and the unit is spraying water| The water level indicator is dirty| Change to warmer water.
