Bodybutton functions

Power Button/Power

1. Power on: long press for 2 seconds
2. Power off: long press for 3 seconds

TWS

1. TWS pairing: long press the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to enter TWS pairing mode.
2. Disconnect TWS : long press the main/secondary Bluetooth button.
3. TWS Pairing: Long press bluetooth button 3 seconds on first F1 to enter TWS mode, this F1 to be master. Turn on another F1, this F1 to be slave. Master is left channel, Slave is right channel.
4. Disconnect bluetooth : Short press Bluetooth button
5. Factory Reset: Press and hold on bluetooth button 8 seconds. All paired listing will be removed. After successfull reset, LED indicators run from left to right, then frrom right to left, total 5 seconds.

Previous song: Short press the previous song button

Next song: Short press the next song button

Volume knob

1. Volume up: Rotate clockwise.
2. Volume reduction: Rotate counterclockwise
3. Pause/play: Short press
4. Voice Assistant: Long press
5. Incoming call : short press to answer, long press to reject, short press to hang up during answering, long press to switch to mobile phone Answering
6. Double click to switch mode: USB/BT/AUX

Light knob

1. Brightening: Rotate clockwise
2. Dim: Rotate counterclockwise
3. Switch warm light/cold light clockwise

AUX interface function
In Bluetooth mode, plug in the AUX cable to enter AUX mode to play music.

Charging port
Please use a 5V/2A power adapter to charge the speaker

USB playback/mobile power output interface
Turn on the speaker and insert the USB flash drive to play the USB flash drive. When turned on, it can directly output 5V 1A to charge external devices.

Automatic shut-down
It will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of no connection in the power-on state, and it will not shut down when it detects that the light is on.

Smart Power Saving Mode

1. The power indicator light will turn off automatically after it lights up for 5 seconds.
2. Short press the speaker button during use, the battery indicator light will turn on for 5 seconds, and the indicator light will stay on during charging.

Power display

Working status:

1. When 5%<battery <10%, LED1 red light is on
2. When 15%<battery <25%, LED1 white light stays on
3. When 25%<battery <45%, both LED1 and LED2 white light stays on
4. When 50%<battery <75%, the LED1, LED2, and LED3 white light stays on at the same time;
5. When 75%<battery <100%, 4 LEDs white light stays on at the same time

Charging power display

1. When battery <15%, LED1 white light flashes
2. When 15%<battery <50%, LED1 stays white, LED2 white light flashes
3. When 50%<battery <75%, LED1 and LED2 stays white, LED3 white flashes
4. When 75%<battery <99%, LED1, LED2, LED3 stays white, LED4 white flashes
5. When battery =100%, 4 LED stay white light

Press and hold on bluetooth button 8 seconds. All paired listing will be removed. After successfull reset, LED indicators run from left to right, then frrom right to left, total 5 seconds.

Bluetooth connection

Pair the speaker with a Bluetooth-enabled tablet or smartphone

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the Speaker, then the blue light will light up, and it will enter Bluetooth mode by default, waiting for Bluetooth pairing.
2. Find “Settings” on your smart device, turn on and search for the device. Click the NOWGO F1 found in the Bluetooth device list to start connecting.
3. The connection is successful and you will hear a tone. After a successful connection, you can play music or make hands-free calls.
4. The effective distance of Bluetooth connection is about 30m, depending on the environment. Music transmission may be interrupted by obstacles between device and speakers, such as walls, the device metal of casings, or other nearby devices operating on the same frequency.

Precautions:

1. When the Bluetooth speaker is turned on, it will automatically connect back to the last connected device before it was shut down. There is no need to search again o pair Bluetooth.
2. If you need to connect to other Bluetooth devices, short-press the【 】 key to cutoff the connection with the current device, the blue light flashes, and the Bluetooth returns to the waiting connection state.

Common troubleshooting methods

Intermittent sound in Bluetooth mode

| · Please make sure that the connection distance between the host and the Bluetooth device is within 10 meters;

· Please ensure that there are no obstacles between the host and the Bluetooth device;

· Or try to change to another Bluetooth device for playback.

No sound in audio input mode

| · Please check whether the audio cable is correctly connected in place;

· Please check whether the sound card of the host computer is running normally;

· Or whether it is correctly connected to the corresponding audio output interface.

No sound/format error in U disk mode

| · Please check whether the format of the USB flash drive is FAT32;

· Please check whether the files in the U disk are APE, FLAC, MP3, WMA, WAV.

Button does not respond

| · Please turn off the speaker and charge it for 30 minutes before turning it on again;

· Or press and hold the reset button to reset and then restart.

No sound from speaker

| ·Pleasetry turning up the volume;

· Please select the correct audio input channel;

· Please make sure all cables are connected correctly.

Noise from the speaker

| · Please make sure all cables are connected correctly;

· Or try to replace other audio cables;

· Please make sure that there is no noise in the output of the device connected to the audio cable.

Not charging

| · Please ensure that the TP-C charging cable is properly connected to the adapter and host;

· Please check whether the voltage and current of the power adapter meet the requirements;

· Please make sure that the TP-C charging cable can be charged normally with other devices.

Bluetooth pairing failed

| · Pleasecheck whether the device is in pairing state (in Bluetooth mode);

· Or try to restart the device and perform Bluetooth pairing again.
