Firmware Upgrade

To upgrade the firmware of your BenQ device, follow these steps:

1. Download the firmware zip file from the official BenQ website.

3. Locate the firmware upgrade SOP document within the extracted files.
4. Read the firmware upgrade SOP document carefully to understand the upgrade process.
5. Select the appropriate firmware type based on your needs:
   • OTA_FW: This firmware type will upgrade the system firmware while keeping all user settings intact.
   • Image_FW: This firmware type will upgrade the system firmware and reset all settings to their default values.
