Eko M32600NL Littmann CORE Stethoscope
Quick start guide
Download the Eko App from the Apple App Store® or Google Play Store®.
Enable Bluetooth® wireless technology into your phone or tablet, launch the
app and turn on the CORE stethoscope.

Earbuds
Keep the earbuds facing forward when putting them in.
Volume
Adjust the volume with the (+) and (-) buttons. There are 7 volume steps.
Switch on and off
When the CORE is turned off, it works like a stethoscope without reinforcement.
Press the power button to turn on the CORE. It light starts flashing. You will now hear amplified and filtered sounds through the earplugs.
Telemedical and AI features
Eko offers telemedical and AI features that require a software subscription
required (sold separately if available).

Active noise cancellation
The CORE stethoscope contains active noise cancellation to suppress ambient noise. Active noise reduction can be turned off or on via the Eko App enabled.

Click the (to) button to get the start recording as the CORE is connected to the Eko-App.
To upload
Plug in the micro USB cable
Turn on the CORE stethoscope and use a UL certified or CE marked 5V USB wall
charger. It takes about 2 hours until the CORE stethoscope fully charged. The
light will turn green when the CORE see the scope is fully charged.
