- WARNING! It is important to read this entire manual before mounting and using the equipment. Safe and efficient use can only be achieved if the equipment is correctly assembled, maintained and operated. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users are informed of all warnings and cautions.

Before beginning any exercise programme, you should consult your physician to determine if you have any physical or health condition that may create a risk to your health and safety or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
- WARNING! Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in the chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling dizzy, lightheadedness or nausea. If you experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing your exercise programme.
- WARNING! Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
- WARNING! Use the equipment on a flat, level surface, with a protective cover, for adult use only.
- WARNING! Before using the equipment, check that the nuts and bolts are tightened securely.
- WARNING! The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear.
- WARNING! Always use the equipment as instructed. If you find any defective components during assembly or testing of the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the equipment during use, stop using the equipment. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
- Bolt the front stabiliser (2) and the rear stabiliser (3) to the central body of the bicycle (1) with carriage bolts (16), flat washers (17) and cover nuts (18), securing it with the spanner (25).
- NOTE: The wheels located on the front stabiliser (2) must be at the front, as shown in the circular picture.
- NOTE: the rear stabiliser foot adjusters (3) adjust the machine to the ground smoothly. The movable wheels on both sides of the front stabiliser (2) serve to move the machine over a short distance.
Step 2
- Install the right pedal (12) marked R on the bicycle body (1) and secure it with a spanner (25).
- NOTE: The right pedal (R) must be depressed clockwise.
- In the same way, install the left pedal (13) with the L mark on the bicycle body (1) and secure it with a spanner (25).
- NOTE: The left pedal (L) must be depressed anticlockwise.
- The height adjustment pins (14) are fitted to the front and rear of the bike body (1) respectively. Note that it is not necessary to tighten them at this time until the bike is fully assembled and adjusted to the proper height.
Step 3
- The saddle support (4) is inserted into the bicycle body (1) while pulling out the height adjustment pin (14). The saddle will be fixed once the pin is released.
- Similarly, the handlebar support (5) is inserted into the bicycle body (1), and the height adjustment pin (14) is pulled out so that it is automatically inserted into the corresponding hole of the handlebar support (5).
- NOTE: By pulling the height adjustment pin (14) the height of the saddle support (4) or the handlebar support (5) can be adjusted. After adjustment, both pins (14) must be tightened.
Step 4
- The saddle adjustment frame (7) is installed on the saddle support (4) and fixed with the flat washer (19), a hexagon spanner (27) and an adjustment wheel (15). The saddle (8) must then be loosened slightly with the spanner (25), placed on the saddle adjustment frame (7) and secured and tightened again with the spanner (25).
- Install the adjusting wheel (28) on the bicycle body (1) for further clamping.
- NOTE: By loosening the height adjustment pin (15), the position of the saddle adjustment frame (7) can be adjusted. After adjusting it to the corresponding position, it is necessary to tighten the height adjustment pin (15) again. The adjustment wheel (28) serves to reinforce the clamping of the handlebar support (5).
Step 5
- To begin with the handlebar assembly, remove the 4 screws and washers at the base of the handlebar bracket.
- The handlebar frame (6) is attached to the handlebar post (5) with the flat washers (17), spring washers (21) and button head screws (20), and tightened with a hex spanner (26).
Step 6
- The monitor bracket (10) is attached to the handlebar frame (6) in the central rounded area with the self-tapping screw (24) and tightened with the hexagonal spanner (26).
- The monitor (9) is mounted on the monitor bracket (10).
- Once the monitor is in place and checked that it is securely fastened, insert the pulse cable (22) into the “pulse” hole on the back of the monitor (9) and the signal cable (23) into the “sensor” hole on the back of the monitor (9).
Step 7
Fit the mobile phone holder (11) to the handlebar frame (6) ensuring that it
is securely attached.
CAUTION: Before using the machine, make sure that all parts are tight and
secure, and that the machine is stable on the ground.
IT FUNCTION
BATTERY INSTALLATION
- Insert two 1.5 V AA batteries (not included) into the battery box at the back (after each battery change, all values will be “0”).
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
- Automatic scanning (SCAN): open the screen or press the button to enter the SCAN state, all functions of the TIME-SPD-DIST-CAL-ODO-PUL will be automatically displayed on the main screen.
- Time of movement (TIME): cumulative calculation of movement from 00:00-99:59, The user can press the button to select the display status of time value.
- Displacement distance (DIST): cumulative calculation movement from 0.0-999.9, the user can press the button to select the value of the distance display.
- Calories (CAL): shows the accumulated calorie consumption from 0.0-9999.9 the user can press the button to select the value of the display value status. Note: this data is only an approximate description and cannot be used for medical treatment.
- Speed of movement (SPEED): displays the current speed of the athlete, the value from 0.0-999.9 km/mile/ hour.
- Odometer (ODO): the distance between movement and time is 0-9999km.
- Pulse rate (PUL): instantaneous heart rate, 40-240 times/minute. Note: This data is only an approximate description and cannot be used for medical treatment.
- RESET: press and hold the button for about 3 seconds, all values will return to “0”, and the function can be reset.
ATTENTION
- If the electronic display is not set up properly, remove and reinsert both batteries making sure they are in the correct orientation.
- Battery specifications: 2 x 1.5 V AA batteries.
- When the batteries are worn out, they must be removed from the electronic clock and disposed of safely and correctly.
TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS
- In addition to the use of this equipment, you can improve your physical condition by following a proper diet.
WARM-UP BEFORE TRAINING
This warm-up exercise phase can improve the body’s blood circulation, and
muscles to achieve a good workout, and reduce the risk of cramps or muscle
damage during training. Before each workout do warm-up exercises according to
the following recommendations, each exercise should be performed for about 30
seconds. If you notice that your muscles are damaged, please stop physical
exertion until you have recovered.
TRAINING PHASE
After a period of use, you will see the flexibility of your leg muscles
improve. In the training process, the key is to train according to your
physical condition, and to choose a reasonable training intensity.
