Accidental Leakage
- In case of accidental leakage during use, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Turn off the Power
- Turn off the power of the product.
Step 2: Remove the Power Cord and Open the Top
- Pull out the power cord and open the top of the product.
Step 3: Pour Out the Remaining Water from the Tank
- Pour out the remaining water in the tank completely from the drain side.
Step 4: Drain Water from the Fuselage
- Gently shake the fuselage to allow water inside to drain from the drain outlet. Put the product in a safe place and let it stand for 24 hours for natural air drying.
Step 5: Continue Using the Product

- Product damage. When changing another essential oil, please clean the product according to the maintenance method.

- After each use, please completely pour out the water in the water tank from the drainage side and wipe it with a cloth.
- Essential oils may cause surface staining. In case of accidental spillage, wipe it with a cloth immediately.
- Do not direct the spray directly to televisions, speakers, equipment, clothes, walls, curtains, and other furniture and electrical appliances.
