SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  1. Foot tube installation

the front foot tube (14-1) is aligned with the hole position on the main frame (17), and connected with M8*55 carriage screws (15), 8.5 arc- shaped gasket (8), MB cover nut (13), and fastened with open wrench (23), and the rear foot tube is installed the same way with attention to the roller attached to the front foot tube.

Cushion installation

  1. the bolt on the cushion(9) is aligned with the hole in the cushion fixing frame(10), and is connected with with 8.5 flat gasket (6) and MB anti-loosening nut (7), and is fastened with the open wrench (23).
  2. The backrest handrail (4) is aligned with the hole in the backrest (5), and is connected with the MB* 35 round head screw (3), the 8.5 arc-shaped gasket(B) and the MB lock nut (7), and is fastened with the open wrench.

Armrest installation

  1. The hole of the backrest(S} is aligned with the corresponding cushion fixing frame(10}, and is connected with M8X45 screw (1), 8.5 flat gaskets (6), M8 lock nut (7} and is fastened with the open wrench.
  2. The cushion fixing frame(1 D} is inserted into the main frame(17) and is fixed with the cushion adjusting knob(11}, its height can be adjusted after installation.

Meter/foot pedal installation

  1. The main frame handrail (21) is inserted into the main frame (17) with corresponding holes in the side and back aligned, and the side is connected with M6X12 cup head screw (19), 6.2 flat gasket (18), the back is connected with M6X12 cup head screw (19), 6. 2 arc-shaped gasket (20) and all 4 M6X12 cup head screws(19) are fastened. Finally, the electronic meter is connected to the wire on the main frame.
  2. Install the two pedals 16L / 12R with an open-end wrench (23), I left, r right, and both pedals are tightened to the annrest
  3. Put the dumbbell (25) on it and is fixed with the handrail pulling rope (26).

The Warm Up Phase

This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly II will also reduce the risk of cramps and muscle injury- It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown below. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into a stretch – if ii hurts, STOP.

The Exercise Phase

This is the stage where you put the effort in. After regular use , the muscles in your legs will become more flexible. Work to your own pace but it is very important to maintain a stead tempo throughout. The rate of work should be sufficient to raise your heart beat into the target zone shown on the graph below.

The Cool Down Phase

This stage is to let your Cardio-vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch. As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder. It is advisable to train at least three times a week, and if possible space your workouts evenly throughout the week.

MUSCLE TONING

To tone muscle while on your exercise cycle you will need to have the resistance set quite high. This will put more strain on your leg muscles and may mean you cannot train for as long as you would like. If you are also trying to improve your fitness you need to alter your training program. You should train as normal during the warm up and cool down pha~s but towards the end of the exercise phase you should increase resistance making your I egs work harder You will have to reduce your speed to keep your heart rate in the target zone.

WEIGHT LOSS

  • The important factor here is the amount of effort you put in.
  • The harder and longer you work the more calories you will bum.
  • Effectively this is the same as if you were training to improve your fitness, the difference is the goal.

USE

The seat height can be adjusted by removing the adjustment knob and raising or lowering the seat. There are holes in the seat post allowing for a range of heights. Once the correct height has been chosen, refit the adjustment knob and tighten. The tension control knob allows you t o alter the resistance of the pedals. A high resistance makes it more difficult to pedal, a low resistance makes it easier. Fort the best results set the tension while the bike is in use.

FUNCTIONS

  • Time: When the MODE key is”time”, the exercise time is displayed.
  • Speed: When the MODE key is”speed”, the integrated display area displays the speed.
  • Distance: When the MODE key is distance”, the generated display area shows the rdig distance.
  • Calori: When the MODE key s “caloie”, the integrated display area displays the consumption of calories.
  • Scan: Automaticaly display changes per 4 seconds.

FUNCTIONS

  • When the movement begins, the display automaticaly opens.
    When the motion is stopped for 4 minutes, the LCD wil automaticaly shut down.

  • Keep pressing the seting key for 34 seconds, and all the data of the display atomatcalyretum to zero.

  • If the display is not displayed normally, replace the battery. The display uses’ 2″ AAA battery.

NOTICE

  • To adjust the height of the handrail, please loosen the frame on the pull pin knob, and will pull back armrest adjustment tube height sliding to the ideal card space, then re opened the lock pin pull knob.Be careful: Do not exceed the position of “STOP” when adjusting the height of the handrail to adjust the height of the tube.
  • Button to adjust the saddle height, please pull the knob above the seat pillar pin, and pull back to the ideal sliding tube will adjust the height position on the cushion, the card vacancy, then re opened and the lock pin pull knob, note:Do not exceed the position of “STOP” when adjusting the height of the tube on the cushion.
  • This equipment seat riser / handrail riser in the highest position of the minimum insertion depth more than 55mm.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

  1. Before using this instrument, check that all nuts and bolts are tight and safe. Please check your equipment regularly. If damage is found,please replace them immediately. Please do not exercise until the associated wearing parts are repaired.
  2. Please pay special attention to the most easily worn parts. Before every time use it, please check whether the brake friction plate broke or failed. If you find, please replace it.
  3. Please check whether the crank and foot are loose before use. If there is, please repeat the assembly step to repair it.
  4. After exercise is finished, please use a damp cloth, water and residue of mild soap to clean the perspiration and humidity on the product , do not use solvents containing oil to clean the product, to avoid damaging the product surface.
