SAFETY INSTRUCTION

Before you start training on your home exercise bike, please read the instruction carefully.

  1. Follow the steps of the assembly instructions carefully.
  2. Check before the first training and every 1-2 months that all connecting elements are tight fitting and are in the correct condition. Replace defective components immediately and / or keep the equipment out of use until repairs. For repairs, use only original parts.
  3. Avoid the use of aggressive detergents when cleaning the home exerciser.
  4. Ensure that training starts only after correct assembly and inspection of the item.
  5. For the adjustable parts be aware of the maximum positions to which they can be adjusted/tightened to.
  6. The home exerciser is designed for adults. Please ensure that children use it only under the supervision of an adult.
  7. Avoid making dangerous play when training.
  8. Consult your physician and fitness professionals before starting with any exercise program.
  9. Please check all knobs and screws carefully before starting to ensure your safety.
  10. Be sure to put your foot into the foot cover while you are training. Don’t stop immediately when rotating at top speed and use the brakes quickly to avoid accidents

INSTALLATION STEPS

STEP 1
Fasten the front foot pipe (2) on the frame with bolt (13), washer (15) and acorn nut (14) with a open-end spanner (20); then fasten the rear foot pipe (3) on the frame by the same way
Installation Steps

STEP 2
Fasten the handlebar extension pipe (8) post in the frame (1) with knob (18), put the handlebar (7) on the handlebar extension pipe.
Fasten the handlebar with bolt (16), washers (17) and lock nut (14).
Adjust the knob (18) to the suitable place.
Installation Steps

STEP 3
Fasten the saddle extension pipe (6) on the frame with knob (18), then fasten the saddle (4) to the saddle extension pipe with sliding bracket (5). Tighten the screw on the seat with washer (22) and plum bolt (23) which pre-install into the sliding bracket. The distance between the front and back of the seat can be adjusted.
Installation Steps

STEP 4

  1. First take the thread of pedal L to direct vertically to crank L, then firmly fix the pedal marked L to the crank arm marked L in a anti-clockwise direction until tight.
  2. Now take the thread of pedal R to direct vertically to crank R, then firmly fix the pedal marked R to the crank arm marked R in a clockwise direction until tight.
    Remarks: failure to follow the above instructions could result in damage to the cranks and pedals.
    Installation Steps

STEP 5
Screw out the screws (19) fixed on the frame with a Allen wrench (21), place the bottle holder (12) on the frame of the exercise bike, and tighten the screws(which is attached in the frame) with Allen wrench (21).

There is a sliding-groove on the back of monitor (9), when you install the monitor, just slide the monitor to the monitor holder of handlebar.
Then connect the sensor line with the line of monitor.

Maintenance and troubleshooting guidelines

  1. Cleaning and maintenance
    Please wipe the sweat and dust on the bike surface with a soft cloth after use in order to keep the product clean for the next time, don’t scrub the product with abrasive or solvent to avoid surface damage.

  2. Spinning bike maintenance
    Avoid direct sunlight, the electric is easily damage. Check all the bolts every week and ensure this bike normally use. Keep spinning bike away from children and put it in a clean, fry environment.

  3. Troubleshooting guide
    A. During using the bike, based on the actual situation to adjust the scroll wheel on the stabilizers until spinning bike becomes stable.
    B. When the monitor doesn’t show, please check the connection between the electronic wire and the monitor. Check whether the battery is installed, if the battery has no power, please replace a new one.
    C. When there’s a squeak, please check whether the bolts are loose, and make sure the screws are lock tightly.

Sports training methods

  1. Warn-up exercise
    Warn up for 5- 10 minutes before each workout.

  2. Exercise duration
    Efficient exercise can make the heart beat up to 70%-80%. the length of exercise time can be referred to the following data.

    • If use the product daily, you can use it for more than 10 minutes at a time.
    • If use the product 2-3 times a week, can use it for more than 30 minutes at a time.
    • If use the products 1-2 times a week, can use it for more than 60 minutes at a time.
  3. Slow movement
    According to effective muscle and metabolic slow motion command, it should take at least 5 to 10 minutes to relax your after strenuous exercise. Longer workouts can also help prevent muscle soreness.

When using this product in daily life becomes regular exercise, you will feel comfortable and happy and make your body healthier.
