SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNINGS
Attention: read the precautions contained in the following booklet
carefully as they provide important instructions regarding safety during
installation, use and maintenance.
Important instructions to keep for further reference.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and over and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or with a lack of experience or knowledge if adequate supervision has been ensured or if they have received instructions on how to use the appliance safely and have understood the related dangers.

Children must not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are over the age of 8 and supervised.

Keep the appliance and its cable out of the reach of children under the age of 8.

The appliance must not be operated by means of an external timer or with a separate remote control system.

If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be replaced only at the service centres authorised by the manufacturer, in order to prevent any risk.
ATTENTION! The surfaces are prone to becoming hot during use. -
Before using the appliance for the first time clean it according to the indications in the “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” paragraph.

Place the appliance with its rear side against a wall. Leave at least 12 cm of free space on the sides and above the appliance to allow for adequate ventilation.

Keep the ventilation openings clear from obstructions.

DO NOT PLACE the unit on hobs.

DO NOT USE the appliance on or near combustible materials, such as tablecloths and curtains.

During cooking, the internal temperature of the unit reaches several hundred degrees Celsius. TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY, never put your hands inside the unit until it has completely cooled.

A stream of hot steam or hot air is emitted through the door when it is opened. To avoid burns, open the oven door carefully, keeping a safe distance.

Beware of hot steam which could escape from the appliance during operation or after opening the door.

It is advisable to use gloves or protective devices when inserting or removing hot foods from the oven and accessories.

Avoid food contact with the heating element at the top of the heating cavity. Pay particular attention to food that can rise.

NEVER POUR oil into the rotating basket, into the other accessories or into the heating cavity. This could result in fire or personal injury.

During use, DO NOT LEAVE the appliance unattended.

If the unit emits black smoke, IMMEDIATELY UNPLUG it and wait for the smoke to clear before removing the contents from the oven.

The appliance was built and designed to operate in domestic environments as an AIR FRYER / OVEN. As such, any other use is to be considered improper and therefore dangerous.

This device is designed to be used at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level.
-
The appliance can operate at 50Hz or 60Hz without adjustments.
Keep the warranty, the receipt and the instruction booklet for any further
consultation.
After removing the packaging, make sure that the appliance is intact and in
case of visible damage, do not use it and contact professionally qualified
personnel.
Do not leave packaging within the reach of children to prevent choking
hazards.
Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the voltage in the socket
corresponds to the details indicated on the plate.
The electrical safety of this appliance is only ensured when it is connected
to an effective earth system.
If the plug and socket are not compatible, have the socket replaced with a
suitable type by professionally qualified personnel.
Do not use adapters or extensions that do not comply with the current safety
regulations or that exceed the limits of the current carrying value.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when not in use and make sure
it is switched off.
Do not pull on the power cable or the appliance itself to take the plug out of
the socket.
The use of any electrical appliance requires the observance of certain
fundamental rules, in particular:
- Do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.
- Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance with bare feet.
- Do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun).
- Do not subject it to impacts
If there is a fault or abnormal operation of the appliance, disconnect the
plug immediately, do not tamper with it and contact an authorised service
centre.
If you decide not to use this type of appliance anymore, it is advisable to
make it inoperative by cutting the power cable, obviously after disconnecting
it from the power socket.
The appliance was built and designed to operate in domestic environments; as

Do not use the appliance outdoors.
For safety reasons, the appliance cannot be disassembled.
During use, keep the appliance on a flat and stable surface.
Do not rest the appliance on unsuitable surfaces or on surfaces that are not
heat resistant.
To avoid children coming into contact by accident with hot parts, use the
appliance on high surfaces at least 85cm from the ground.
Keep the cable away from heat sources.
Do not place the appliance above or below other ovens, microwave ovens or near
to gas hobs.
Do not move the appliance when it is working, when it is hot and when it
contains foods or liquids.
Pay attention to the use of containers made of materials other than metal and
glass (e.g. ceramic).
Do not cover the parts of the oven with metal foil as this could cause
overheating.
Do not use plastic or paper containers or containers made of similar
materials.
Do not insert objects through the ventilation openings.
The outside of the oven becomes very hot during use. Do not touch hot
surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
This appliance is equipped with a tempered glass safety door. This glass is
stronger than regular glass and more resistant to breakage. Tempered glass can
in any case break. If the door has a scratch or indentation, contact the
manufacturer or its after-sales service.
In case of breakage, do not put your eyes or face close to the tempered glass
safety glass door.
Bulky foods or metal utensils should not be placed in the oven as they may
cause a fire or a risk of electric shock.
The use of accessories not recommended or marketed by the appliance
manufacturer may cause a risk of personal injury.
Check that the utensils and cooking accessories are suitable for this type of
product before using them.
ATTENTION: liquids and food products must not be heated in sealed
containers as they could explode.

LIGHT SOURCE FOR LIGHTING OF THE COMPARTMENT
This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G.
The light source has special characteristics and is intended to be used only
with this fixture for compartment lighting. Do not use it for other
applications.
The light source can only be replaced by qualified personnel with one with
equivalent characteristics:
E14, 230VAC, MAX 25W, suitable for temperatures ≥ 200°C.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- These parts can only be used with this appliance. Do not use the parts separately for other applications.
- Before using the appliance for the first time wash the parts intended for contact with food as indicated in the Maintenance section.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST USE.
Before using the appliance for the first time, remove all the packaging
elements and operate the appliance empty for approximately 15 minutes at
maximum temperature in a well ventilated room to eliminate odours and fumes
due to any processing residues on the internal parts of the appliance.
Remove the plug from the power outlet and let the device cool down.
Before using the appliance for the first time clean it according to the
indications in the “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” paragraph.
COOKING MODE SELECTION
-
Switch on the device with the “Start/Pause” button (20).
NOTE: After one minute of inactivity, the device will go into stand-by status (the display is off except for the flashing icon). To resume operation, press the Start/Pause” button (20) -
(optional) Preheat the device by pressing the “Preheat” button (20) and adjusting the desired temperature with the relevant knob (3).

Insert the food inside the device with the accessories provided.
Avoid food coming in contact with the heating element. Do not overfill containers and pay particular attention to food that increase in volume. Never use the container without the basket.
Attention: do not pour oil or other liquids into the basket, into the other accessories and into the heating cavity; the use of oil is only permitted as indicated in the “PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS” paragraph.
Pre-set functions
- Press the “Function” button (20) to select one of the pre-set functions. The selected function will flash on the display (2).
- Adjust the time using the knob (4).
- Adjust the temperature using the knob (3). For some functions it is possible to choose exclusive switching on of the upper or lower heating element by pressing the “Heat tube” button (20). It is not possible to select two different temperatures for the two zones of the device.
- Press the “Start/Pause” button (20) to start cooking. The ON icon lights up on the display.
DURING COOKING
The display shows the selected temperature, the remaining cooking time and the
program set.
Before and during cooking, the internal light can be turned on or off by
pressing the “Light” button (20).
To change the temperatures, the remaining times or the function, pause the
device by pressing the “Start/Pause” button (20). Modify the settings by
referring to the paragraph Pre set functions.
Press the “Start/Pause (20)” button to continue cooking.
To temporarily stop cooking:
Press the “Start/Pause” button (20) to temporarily stop cooking (pause)
Press the “Start/Pause” button (20) to continue cooking.
To end the cooking program:
Press the “Start/Pause” button (20) for 3 seconds to interrupt cooking.
END OF COOKING
- Once the time has elapsed, the timer emits 10 short beeps and the appliance switches off. On the display, the ON icon will switch off while the OK icon will switch on to signal the end of cooking.
Notes:
- The appliance door can be opened at any time to check the progress of the dish.
- Consult the tables in this manual to determine the correct settings.
Tips:
- Smaller foods usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than larger ones.
- Large quantities of food require a slightly longer cooking time than smaller quantities.
- Flipping or turning smaller sized foods during the cooking process ensures all pieces are fried evenly.
- For a crispier result, moisten the fresh potatoes with a little vegetable oil. When adding a drizzle of oil, do so just before cooking.
- Place a baking tray or ovenproof dish in the air oven when baking a cake or quiche. An ovenproof pan is also recommended when cooking crumbly or filled foods.
WARNINGS: During the cooking process, the rotating basket and other accessories will become very hot. When removing the accessories to check the progress, be sure to have a trivet or heat resistant surface nearby to place it on. Never place the rotating basket directly on a countertop or table.

The values indicated may vary according to the size of the ingredients, the
quantity and type.
NOTE: When using the grill (14), the basket (15) or the rotating basket (18), place the drip pan (17) on the shelf below to prevent the cooking liquids from coming into contact with the heating elements.

- Peel and slice the potatoes
- Wash them thoroughly and dry them
- Pour half a spoonful of olive oil into a basin, place the potatoes on top and mix them to season them.
- Remove the potatoes so that the excess oil remains in the bowl. Place the potatoes in the basket. NOTE: For crispier potatoes, cut into smaller pieces or use a little more oil.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the plug from the power outlet before performing any cleaning and
maintenance operation.
Clean the appliance and accessories after each use.
Only clean the device when it is cold.
Cleaning of the appliance must be carried out with a soft and slightly damp
cloth.
Do not use excessively wet substances, liquids or cloths, because any
infiltration could damage the appliance irreparably.
Do not use chemical solvents, abrasive sponges or abrasive products to
clean the oven or accessories.
Do not use abrasive sponges to clean the appliance.
NEVER SOAK THE UNIT IN WATER.
Appliance exterior
Clean the outside of the appliance with a warm, damp cloth.
Interior Walls and Door
Clean the inside walls of the oven and the door after each use, after the
appliance has completely cooled down, with a damp non-abrasive sponge. Do not
leave the inside of the oven wet.
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven
door glass as they can scratch the surface, causing the glass to shatter.

Wash these parts with everyday dishwashing detergents. Do not wash in the
dishwasher.
Interior light.
To replace the internal bulb, contact an authorised service centre.

DISPOSAL
PACKAGING
To respect the environment, the packaging material must be disposed of
correctly, respecting separate collection.
Check the provisions of your municipality.
USER INFORMATION
“Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE)”, pertaining to reduced use of hazardous substances in
electrical and electronic equipment, as well as to waste disposal.
The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin on the equipment or on its packaging
indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other waste at
the end of its service life.
The user must therefore take the dismissed equipment to suitable separate
collection centres for electrical and electronic waste.
For more details, please contact the appropriate local authority.
Suitable segregated collection of the equipment for subsequent recycling,
treatment or environmentally-friendly disposal helps prevent damage to the
environment and to human health, and encourages the re-use and/or recycling of
the materials that make up the equipment.
Abusive disposal of the product by the user shall result in the application of
administrative fines in accordance with the laws in force.
WARRANTY
Conditions
The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty is valid only if it is correctly filled in and accompanied by
the tax receipt proving the date of purchase.
The appliance must be delivered exclusively to our authorised Service Centre.
By warranty we mean the replacement or repair of appliance components that are
faulty from the start due to manufacturing defects.
However, assistance (for a fee) is also guaranteed for products out of
warranty.
The consumer is the owner of the rights applicable by the national legislation
governing the sale of consumer goods; this warranty is without prejudice to
those rights.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage to people, animals
or things resulting from improper use of the appliance and failure to comply
with the instructions indicated in the appropriate instruction booklet.
Limitations
All warranty rights and all our responsibilities expire if the device has
been:
- Tampered with by unauthorised personnel.
- Used, stored or transported in an inappropriate way.
In any case, loss of performance related to the aesthetics of the product or
similar that does not compromise the essence of the functions is excluded from
the warranty.
