Start using the IPEVO VOCAL HUB Expanding the wireless conference space
Step 1
Please connect the power of the VOCAL HUB. Step 2
Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds to enter pairing
mode, and pair it with IPEVO VOCAL that is in Bluetooth pairing mode; the
indicator on VOCAL HUB will remain constantly On when paired successfully.
Please only pair with one IPEVO VOCAL at a *time. Remarks**
Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button of the corresponding number for 10
seconds to clear and reset the Bluetooth settings.
Precaution
Do not use/store the product in the following environments:
- Near heat sources
- Sandy or dusty places
- Locations with high humidity
Step 3
Select the connection mode to use and connect with the user device to complete
the setting.

USB mode
Connect VOCAL HUB with the PC using the USB cable. -
Bluetooth mode
Connecting VOCAL HUB with supported Bluetooth connection devices such as PC, tablet and smartphone. -
Line IN / OUT mode
Use the 3.5mm audio cable to connect VOCAL HUB with a conference system that supports 3.5mm audio input/output.

IPEVO VOCAL Instructions
- It is recommended to adjust the IPEVO VOCAL speaker volume to maximum, turn on the AI MIC, and use OMNI omni-directional reception mode.
- Press and hold the mute button on a single IPEVO VOCAL for 3 seconds to mute/ unmute all VOCALs connected to the IPEVO VOCAL HUB.
- Press the mute button on a single IPEVO VOCAL to mute/unmute a single IPEVO VOCAL.
Please refer to the IPEVO VOCAL instruction manual for details.
Notes
- This product needs to be used with the IPEVO VOCAL AI Beamforming Bluetooth Speakerphone for it to work.
- The maximum connection distance between IPEVO VOCAL HUB and VOCAL can reach up to 49 ft / 15 meters (there must be no large objects, such as walls, blocking in between).
- IPEVO VOCAL HUB can connect up to 6 VOCALs; if Bluetooth mode is used to connect to the user device, it is recommended to connect up to 4 VOCALs in order to achieve optimum usage effects.
- IPEVO VOCAL HUB has memory function and can pair automatically when switched on again. If previously paired IPEVO VOCALs cannot connect automatically, please repair such instance by following the instructions in Step 2.
- The optimal reception range for the IPEVO VOCAL is 5.9 ft (180 cm). It is advisable to position another VOCAL within 4.9 – 5.9 ft (150-180 cm), to prevent noise from each unit interfering with the other.
