Wireless Manager Version 2.0.1 Release Notes Software

Ver.2.0.1

  • This software is now compatible with Microsoft Windows 11.
  • This software is now compatible with macOS Big Sur (Version 11). If you use a Mac with Apple silicone, you need to install Rosetta2 on your Mac.
  • “Open Recent Project” is now available in the File menu.
  • When filtering by tags, untagged devices are no longer displayed.
  • We have changed how to open the Device Settings screen.
  • The import of channels in Frequency Coordination can be filtered by channel.
  • We have solved the problem in which the IM spacing did not change after setting a model profile for the excluded frequencies in Frequency Coordination.
  • We have fixed minor bugs.

Ver.2.0.0

  • This software is now compatible with ATW-T3205.
  • Device List/Device Setting can now also be exported in CSV format.
  • TV channel numbers are now displayed on the X-axis of the graph area in the Frequency Coordination tab.

Software License Agreement

Software License Agreement of Audio-Technica Corporation

This Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the customer, and Audio-Technica Corporation (“Audio-Technica”) with respect to the software downloaded from the website of Audio-Technica (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”). You shall, when downloading the Software from the Audio-Technica website, installing the downloaded Software, or using it, carefully read the following provisions without fail. You shall be considered to agree to this Agreement when you use the Software. You may not install and use the Software in the case where you do not agree to all the provisions of this Agreement.

Article 1. License and Copyright etc.

  1. Audio-Technica shall grant you the right to use the program and data file consisting of the Software and the upgraded programs and data file thereof, which can be provided to you with certain conditions in the future (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensed Program”) within the scope specified in this Agreement.
  2. The Licensed Program is protected by the copyright and treaty concerning the copyright and other laws and treaties concerning the intellectual property right. The ownership, copyright, and any and all other intellectual property rights to and in the Licensed Program shall vest in AudioTechnica or Audio-Technica’s licensor.
  3. The right to and in the data generated by using the Licensed Program shall vest in you.

Article 2. Scope of Use

The scope of your use of the Licensed Program shall be as stipulated below.

  1. You may use the Licensed Program in your computer.
  2. You may reproduce the Licensed Program only for the purpose of backing up the data input by you; provided, however, that the reproduction shall not be used simultaneously in any other computer, whether possessed by you or any third party, except when used to recover the backup data.

Article 3. Restriction of Use
You shall, when using the Licensed Program, comply with the following matters.

  1. You may transfer the Licensed Program to any other computer possessed by you; provided, however, that in such a case the Licensed Program shall be completely removed from the computer from which the Licensed Program is transferred.
  2. You shall not distribute or transmit the Licensed Program.
  3. You shall not lend, lease, or pledge collateral on the Licensed Program.
  4. You shall neither reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or alter the Licensed Program nor make software derived from the Software.

Article 4. Limitation of Warranty

  1. Audio-Technica shall in no event warrant, explicitly or implicitly, the Licensed Program’s merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Furthermore, Audio-Technica shall in no event warrant that the Licensed Program operates properly and shall in no event warrant that any failure or defect in the Licensed Program can be modified.
  2. Any and all information or advice provided by Audio-Technica, orally or in writing, etc., shall not be considered to provide a new warranty or expand the scope of the warranty specified in this article in any sense whatsoever.

Article 5. Limitation of Liability

  1. You shall be liable for any and all direct and indirect damages (such as loss of data, computer failure, cessation of business, and complaints from any third party) and risks arising out of the use of the Licensed Program.
  2. Audio-Technica shall, in no event, be liable to you or any other third party for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to any loss of business values, suspension of business, loss, or damage arising out of computer failure, or any other commercial loss or damage.

Article 6. Assignment of Licensed Program
You may assign the right to use the Licensed Program to any third party; provided, however, that in this case you shall completely delete the Licensed Program from the recording media of your computer and shall not possess any reproduction of the Licensed Program, and the assignee shall agree to any and all provisions of this Agreement.

Article 7. Cancellation and Termination of This Agreement

  1. In the case where you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement, Audio-Technica may cancel this Agreement with immediate effect without demand.

  2. In the case where this Agreement is canceled, you shall completely delete the Licensed Program from the recording media of your computer
    and destroy the reproduction of the Licensed Program.

  3. Audio-Technica shall be exempt from any and all responsibilities for any damage, etc. which you or any third party suffer because it becomes impossible to use the Licensed Program as a result of the cancellation of this Agreement.

Article 8. Governing Law and Miscellaneous Provisions

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
  2. It is agreed that any dispute arising in relation to this Agreement or the Licensed Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court in the first instance, depending on the amount sued for.
