prolink mEzee Application
Device Setup Instructions
The following sections detail the steps for setting up smart devices using a mobile application interface.
Home Screen Options
The home screen of the app displays a notification with the options:
- Add items to favourites
- Add device (highlighted as the next action)
- Add service
- Create routine
Below the notification, there is a prompt to explore the amazing things you can do with SmartThings, with options to dismiss or view details.
Selecting a Brand
When selecting a brand for the device, “Smart Life” is presented as an option. A visual cue indicates that you can add all your existing devices registered in the partner’s service by linking your account.
Account Linking Process
Two screens are shown in the account linking process:
- The first screen prompts for a language selection and region, followed by a field to enter your phone number or email address. There is also a checkbox to agree to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Children’s Privacy Statement before moving to the next step.
- The second screen displays a “Choose App” option with “Tuya Smart” and “mEzee” as choices. The user should select “mEzee” (highlighted) and proceed to link devices for the app account.
Finalizing Device Setup
The final screen titled “Success!” lists various devices that have been set up:
- Fan (No room assigned)
- outlet39 (No room assigned)
- Projector (No room assigned)
- PIR Prolink PID 3/10 (No room assigned)
- Contact Sensor 5/4 (No room assigned)
- TV (No room assigned)
Each device has an “Edit” option to change settings or assign rooms. A “Done” button is available to complete the setup process.

How do I add a new device to the application? Use the “Add device” option on the home screen of the app to initiate the setup process for a new device. Can I link devices from other services? Yes, you can link existing devices from partner services by selecting the appropriate brand, like “Smart Life”, and linking your account. What should I do if I have multiple apps associated with my devices? If your account is registered with multiple apps, select the app that corresponds to the device you want to operate at the time. Where can I find the terms of service and privacy policies? The terms of service and privacy policies are available for review before you proceed to the next step in the account linking process. A step-by-step guide to link mEzee app with Samsung SmartThings app
Before You Start
The Prolink Smart Home Devices must first be set up through mEzee app.
Step 1. Launch Samsung SmartThings app, tap 11+11 icon at the screen’s top right and tap “Add Device”.
Step 2. Search for “Smart Life11 and tap “Next1′ to proceed.
Step 3. Enter your mEzee app’s email account, select “mEzee” in the next screen and lastly, input your mEzee app’s password for authorization.
Step 4. Setup is successful if the below screen is shown.
