Changing Wallpaper

To change the wallpaper on your Smartwatch W29 Max:

1. Press and hold the home screen
2. Select different backgrounds for the clock

Watch Strap Change

To change the watch strap:

1. Press the button on the back case with one hand
2. With the other hand, push the strap out

Charging Instructions

To charge your Smartwatch W29 Max:

1. Place the watch on the charging disc
2. Use a wireless charger compatible with 5V cell phone chargers and computer USB ports
3. The watch will charge automatically
4. A full charge takes about 3 hours

Touch Instructions

To navigate through the Smartwatch W29 Max:

1. Swipe left for Notifications
2. Swipe right for commonly used functions
3. Swipe up for widgets
4. Swipe down for split screen

Connection

Standby Clock Wallpapers

The Smartwatch W29 Max offers a variety of clock backgrounds:

3. Customize your photos as clock wallpaper

Sleep Monitor

The Smartwatch W29 Max automatically activates sleep monitoring from 22:00 to 8:00. You can check the details of sleep quality with the app on your phone.

Exercise

To record your exercise using the Smartwatch W29 Max:

1. Select a sport mode
2. Enter to start the activity
3. Swipe right to pause the exercise
4. Tap to end the exercise
5. Record duration, calories, heart rate, etc.

Notifications

The Smartwatch W29 Max syncs and displays notifications from apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, etc. Adjust settings in the MActive Pro app to allow notifications to be displayed. You can reject incoming calls via the watch.

Activity Information

The Smartwatch W29 Max displays training and health data, including steps, distance, and calorie consumption. This data is saved until midnight (12:00 am) every day and then reset to 0 values for the next day. You can check the previous data in History.

Stopwatch Function

To use the stopwatch function on the Smartwatch W29 Max:

1. Press to start and pause
2. Press again to stop

Remote Control (Music)

The Smartwatch W29 Max allows you to activate and control music playback on your phone via the smartwatch. A music playback app must be installed on your phone.

Sedentary, Drink Reminder

Through the MActive Pro app, set a time to exercise and/or a reminder to drink water.

Find Phone Function

As long as your Smartwatch W29 Max and phone are paired, the Find Phone function allows you to locate your cell phone. Press Find Phone on the watch to locate your phone through the ringtone/sound coming from your phone.

Wrist Alarm

You can wake up the Smartwatch W29 Max with the movement of your wrist. Set this function using the MActive Pro app. Note that this may increase power consumption.

Q: What is not included in the warranty terms?

A: Any defect caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by a person not authorized by the dealer.

Remarks:

• This product has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. Safety warnings for using the battery: do not disassemble, hit, crush, or put it in the fire; if it is very swollen, do not continue to use it; do not place it in a high-temperature environment; do not use the battery after immersing it in water.

Operation guide

• Top crown: scroll to zoom in/out the smart menu, or change watch backgrounds, tap to enter the main menu, and double tap to change menu style.
• Bottom button: Press and hold the button to turn on/off the device; short press the button to turn on the screen when the screen is off.
• Touch instructions: Touch to access each function. Slide to the right to go back. On the home page, swipe down to access the application center. Swipe up to access the notification bar. Swipe left to enter the favorite feature, tap + add favorite features. Swipe right to view recent shortcuts. Press the crown button to access the main menu.

Change wallpaper: Press and hold the home screen to change the different backgrounds of the clock.

Connection

To link the watch to your smartphone, follow the steps below: For Android / iOS: scan the following code via your browser or any scanning app to download the MActive Pro app:

After installation, turn on the phone and the app, confirm that notifications and all other permissions requested by the app are enabled and fill in the personal information. Tap “add device”, search for the device “Watch9”, (turn on the GPS function on the smartphone before pairing) and tap connect.

Message settings

In App – Device – Notifications, select the corresponding Apps, and turn on the switch.
What if I do not receive the notification?

1. The watch notification only syncs the phone notifications from the notification center, such as incoming calls, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc., if the phone does not receive notifications in the notification center, then the watch also can not receive them, it must be set as active phone to receive notifications from the corresponding Apps, turn on (ON) in the notification permission in the phone settings.
2. If you still do not receive any notifications after step (1). Reset the watch to factory settings, enter the Bluetooth settings of the phone and check if the connected device has “Watch9”. If so, please unpair, turn off the phone’s Bluetooth, and then turn it back on to reconnect.
3. If the above two steps do not solve the notifications problem, uninstall the application and download it again. Remember to accept all the permissions the application asks for when the installation is finished, turn it on, and reconnect it.

Main features

Firmware update: When connecting the Bluetooth, in the App, tap “Device – Firmware Version” will remind you if there is a new version available to update. During the update, a process bar will be displayed, wait until it completes. The watch will restart and reconnect to the phone app. Do not use the watch during the update. It takes 3 to 5 minutes. Change phone audio connection: Swipe up on the standby home page to access the status bar, tap the second option on the connection icon to turn it off or tap again to turn it on. Phonebook: Once connected to the phone App, you can add 100 frequently used contacts to the watch’s phonebook from the App. Language/Time/Date: Language/date/time synchronization between the cell phone and smart watch after being connected. Reset: Press to reset all data (factory mode).

Heart Rate Monitoring Function: When this function is activated, the heart rate is measured by the device by scanning the capillary surface of the skin with green optical diodes. Wait about 2 seconds to start the measurement and recording. Scroll to other menus to stop the measurement. Consult the Internet for information on average heart rate, and heart rate during exercise for your age group and gender, and/or ask your physician for advice. Stopwatch function: Press to start and pause, and press again to stop.

• Any product that has not been installed, used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual supplied with the product.
• Any product that has been used for other than its intended purpose.
• Any damage caused by improper power input or incorrect cable connection.
• This warranty only covers manufacturing or parts defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the batteries or any other consumable items such as straps.
