COMPONENTS
How it Works
The S300 MED2 is comprised of a ventilator, speed selection switch, two stage
of filtration and the cabinet enclosure, with handles and wheels to be able to
move the unit around. The ventilator pulls air in, exposing it first to the UV

-
Open the filter and motor access door of your S300 MED2: this is the large square door closed by the big black clamp.
-
Install your unit casters: temporarily lift the foam to reach inside the unit and screw the front casters first. Screw the (2) front casters with (4) long 8-32 screws and (4) 8-32 nuts per castor. Use a 9 mm or 11/32” wrench and Phillips No.2 screwdriver.
-
Then, in the same way, screw the (2) back casters with (4) short 8-32 screws and (4) 8-32 nuts per castor.
With the casters now installed, remove the masking tape from the casters and turn your unit right side up. -
Check the filters (2): If they are covered with plastic wrap, be sure to unpack them before continuing.
-

-
While holding the UV lamp by its porcelain end-cap, slide it into the rectangular opening in the back of the unit (above the filter and motor access door).
-
Carefully push the white connector onto the four pins. The plug is designed so it can only be installed one way. You may have to rotate the socket 90° to line up the pins with the holes. The connector will fit into position.
NOTE: Too much force applied from the opposite end-cap may break the lamp. -
Then, slide the porcelain tip through the retention clamp.
NOTE: Make sure the lamp is horizontal in this section and not touching the metal walls. -
Take the access door for the lamp from the supplied accessories and position it over the rectangular opening. Secure the plate in place with the 6 screws provided for this purpose.
-
Close the filter and motor access door of your S300 MED2.
-
Roll your unit in place and always leave a 2” minimum clearance space between the unit front (where the air inlet and outlet are) and any wall. Make sure you have a power outlet nearby to plug the unit into.
Your new S300 MED2 is now ready to operate!
