- In the 365id Portal, click on “Locations”.
- Select the location you want to update.
- Click on “Network settings”.
- Select the preferred network model.
- Insert the network parameters, ensuring the details are entered exactly as required (fields are case sensitive).
- Click “Save” to apply the changes.
Retrieve the QR Code to Update the 365id Scanner
Follow these steps to retrieve the instruction and QR code for transferring the network parameters to a 365id Scanner:
- In the 365id Portal, click on “365id Scanners”.
- Select your location.
- Select the desired scanner.
- Click on “Settings QR Code”.
- Select the preferred delivery method for receiving the instruction.
- Open the received PDF file and follow the instructions provided.

Set network parameters
Follow the step-by-step instructions to set the network parameters for one location.
Step 1 In the 365id Portal select the location to be updated

- b. Select the location you want to update
- c. Click ”Network settings”

NOTE : the fields are case sensitve so make sure you are exact when entering your details -
