LASER TREE AP-30A Air Pump
INSTRUCTIONS

Connect to the power in voltage: 220VAC single phase, 50Hz.

Please place this air pump in a well-ventilated environment, and make sure the temperature is between 0°C and 38°C. It will be easy to dissipate the heat when air pump working.

Make sure your socket is well grounding.

Place this air pump at least 30cm higher than the water level, in case of water back siphoning. And keep air pump dry inside and out.

When using outdoor, no rain splashed spray, sun exposure, and keep the pump dry inside and out.
-
No knocking and crashing, and keep it away from water and oil.

Using air stone is recommended, it can offer superior oxygen levels. Replacing airstons regularly can prevent unnecessary back pressure and water back siphoning.

Pressure losing due to plastic tubing which in a right angle will lower working efficiency of air pump.

When Air outlet reduction occur, exam the pump for the followed reason:

Working voltage is correspond with voltage marked on machine.
-
Air cleaner, piping or joint is damaged, discouraged and jammed.
-
Pump valve or diaphragm is damaged and jammed.
-
Working environment is poorly ventilated.
-
Replacing air filter cotton, leather and valves regularly can keep air pump in good working condition.

When power decreases, please check:
-
Working voltage is correspond with voltage marked on machine.

Air cleaner, piping or joint is damaged, discouraged and jammed.
-
Pump valve or diaphragm is damaged and jammed.
-
Working environment is poorly ventilated.

When air pump stop working, exam the pump for followed reason:
-
Power line is damaged, Pseudomonas isolation, loose connections or power failure.
-
Piston is liquid or gaseous corrosion card dead.
-
The motor is abnormal.

When not using air pump, please disconnect the tube from the pump, and place the pump in a a dry, well ventilated and no waste gas environment. It is recommended to run air pump running for 20 minutes to keep it in good condition when not using air pump.
