mti 95A Designer Collection Tubs

Product Information

The Designer Collection Tubs model 95A is a freestanding or alcove tub with dimensions of 66″ x 36″ x 22.75″. It is available in various installation applications, with options to have it finished on 1, 2, or 3 sides. The tub has a capacity of 90 gallons to overflow and weighs 169 lbs / 77 kg (freestanding) or 190 lbs / 86 kg (alcove). Filling the tub to its maximum capacity may require an above-average size or dedicated water heater.

Note that electrical requirements may change with the addition of optional therapy components. Please refer to specific option details or installation information for more details. The tub is CSA Certified C/US and complies with B45.5/IAPMO ANSI Z124.1 and ANSI 112.19.7 standards.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation

For freestanding installation, place the tub in the desired location, ensuring that it is level and stable. Connect the necessary plumbing and electrical components according to the provided installation manual. For alcove installation, follow the instructions provided in the installation manual to finish the desired number of sides of the tub. Ensure that the tub is properly supported and secured.

Operating the Tub

To use the tub, fill it with water to the desired level. Be mindful not to exceed the maximum capacity to avoid overflow. Adjust the water temperature using the dedicated water heater or your home’s hot water system. Choose the desired hydrotherapy option by activating the corresponding controls. Follow the instructions in the operation manual to operate the microbubbles, air massage, or chromotherapy features. After use, drain the tub by opening the toe tap drain or following the instructions provided in the operation manual. Clean the tub regularly using mild soap or a recommended cleaning agent.

IMPORTANT ORDERING & INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Before ordering or installing, please consider future access to equipment.
Unless ordering Sculpted Finish on 4 sides, please include a diagram specifying which sides will need to be finished, along with the location of optional tile flange(s).
Overflow is factory-installed for the provided toe-tap drain.
When ordering an air bath, the air blower must be remotely mounted.
Microbubbles system components must be installed on a non-sculpted Finish side. Components will extend beyond the perimeter of the tub. Call MTI for specific details regarding the desired installation before placing the order.
Radiance placed on floor locations will affect the placement of air jets.
Hydrotherapy equipment may ship loose for remote installation. See package content on the following page for details.
Faucet valves cannot be installed on this tub model.
All tubs are compliant with ASTM C 1028-07 coefficient of friction. DoloMatte meets ANSI A137.1/A326.3 coefficient of friction and AS HB198:2014 slip tests

Options and accessories may be packaged inside the tub crate. Always check the packaging before discarding it.
