Before You Start

  1. Take the SUP out of its bag (A.)

  2. Unroll the SUP and lay it flat on a clean, flat and soft surface (sand, grass, etc.) (B.)

  3. Make sure that the push button of the valve is in the upper position. If it is in the lower position, press it to make it come up (C.)

  4. Connect the fitting of the high-pressure pump to the valve (D.)

  5. Inflate the board to the recommended pressure (E.) (check the MAX pressure table). the pressure gage will start counting when the pressure come up to 6psi.
COMMENT: If the pressure is too high, press the button to release air until the pressure is at an acceptable level, recommended 10-12 PSI is good enough. 6 – Disconnect the pump and close the valve cap (F.)

  6. Attach the leash to the ring at the back of the SUP (G.)

  7. Turn the board over and fit the fin, check that the curved part of the fin is pointing towards the rear of the board (H.)

  8. Carry the SUP to put it in the water without dragging it along the ground. 10 – Fasten the leash to your leg below the knee (I.)or your ankle. This should not move on your legs.
    Before You Start

DEFLATION:

Remove the fin and the leash (A.) Clear any water or debris out of the valve and its surrounding area before you remove valve safety cap. Press down slightly on the valve pin to slowly reduce the air pressure of the board. After around 10 seconds when the air pressure in the board has decreased a little, press the valve stem all the way down and turn clockwise to lock it into the ‘open’ position. When deflating, please avoid any sand or debris to be around the valve area or enter the valve. (B)
Before You Start

Fold the board, starting at the rear and moving forwards in order to remove the remaining air (C.)

Store the SUP and its accessories in its bag and keep it in a shaded and dry place out of the reach of children (D.)
CAUTION: Always replace the valve cover when not inflating/deflating. This will prevent accidental air release and the entrance of any particles into the valve.
CAUTION: The SUP board comes with the valve not tightened in the factory. In order to avoid loss of air, tighten the valve by means of the valve key included. Remove the valve cap, insert the valve key and turn it in direction
CLOSE. During this process please hold the valve’s lower part with the other hand to prevent rotation.
Before You Start

FIN INSTALLATION

CAUTION: The fin can be installed when the board is inflated or deflated. The curvature of the fin must be facing the back of the board.
Fin Installation

If you leave your product exposed to the hot sun check the pressure and deflate it slightly, otherwise the material might be overstretched. The ambient temperature affects the internal pressure of the tube: a variation of 1°C causes a variation of the pressure in the tube of +/-4 mbar (.06 PSI). NOTE: The valve will not be airtight until the valve is closed with the valve cap. Any use of an air compressor will damage your product and automatically void all warranties.

MAINTENANCE

  1. DEFLATING
  2. .FOLDING THE ITEM
  3. .CLEANING
  4. .STORAGE
  5. Deflate and remove the fin.
  6. Clean and check the item as well as all the accessories (including oar) after each use. Rinse it thoroughly making sure to remove any residues of salt if used in salt water. Use a mild soapy solution, do not use detergents or any type of silicone-based products. Make sure the product is completely dry before putting it away.
  7. Leave the valve open while you roll it up towards the valve. Close the valve to prevent moisture and debris from being sucked inside as the re-enters while you et go of the SUP.
  8. When storing your board, keep it in a clean and dry place that is not affected from major variations in temperature and other damaging factors. You may store it deflated and rolled up in a bag. Or you can store the board assembled and lightly inflated. (make sure you do not expose it to deformations). Store it away from rodents.
  9. Disassemble the oar and store the parts separately

REPAIRING

Your inflatable stand-up paddle board comes with a PVC patch for repairing minor punctures. Most leaks only take a few minutes to repair. Air Leakage 1: High pressure air valves may not tightened in the factory or loosen after long way transportation, and also several time uses, in the repair kit, one piece of valve wrench is provided, that is for tighten the valve to maintain the air seal. this loosen is small problem and it can be solved easily

  1. Turn the bonnet anticlockwise to open the high pressure valve.
  2. Insert the valve wrench into the high pressure valve as shown in the figure, the wrench can be turned according to the instruction of the wrench, and the high-pressure valve can be tightened by turning clockwise.
  3. Note: we recommend not to unscrew the valve completely unless absolutely necessary
    Repairing

Air Leakage 2: If your board appears a bit soft, it might not be a leakage. The ambient temperature affects the internal pressure of the tube: a variation of 1°C/1.8°C causes a variation of the pressure in the tube of+/-4 mbar (.06 PSI). If the board was inflated late in the day, that air might cool overnight. The cooler air exerts less pressure on the hull, so it could appear soft the next morning.

If there has been no temperature variation, you need to first determine exactly where the air is leaking. Consider the following instructions:

  1. Check if there is any sand or debris within the air valve.
  2. Make sure that the valve gasket is in place.
  3. Rinse the board with soapy water, including perimeter of the inflation valves.
  4. Wherever bubbles appear, this is the location of the leak and needs to be repaired.

Small Repairs: Deflate your board first. Thoroughly clean (you can use vinyl cleaner for this purpose) and dry the area that has to be repaired. For a small puncture (less than 1/8 inch), apply a small drop of glue (not included). Let the glue dry for 12 hours. (For small repairs please use a glue suitable for soft plastic which is resistant to water and heat.)

Patches: Leaks larger than a pinhole can be patched.

NOTE: Repairs should be carried out on deflated board that lies flat.

  1. Thoroughly clean the area surrounding the leak. Remove any dirt or grime near the area.
    Repairing

  2. Cut a piece of the original pvc patch large enough to overlap the damaged area by approximately ½ inch. Use a pencil to trace the outline of the patch. Round off the corners.

  3. Apply a thin layer of adhesive (not included in delivery) to the underneath side of patch and on the area to be repaired. Let the glue sit for 2-4 minutes until it appears tacky.

  4. Place the patch on the damaged area and press down firmly. Do not use the paddle board for 24 hours in order to let it dry.
    Repairing

Friendly reminding:

Please read all instructions carefully. Retain instructions for future reference. Separate and count all parts and hardware. Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order. We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled. Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface. Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Congratulations to the purchase of a nice SUP board. Please read this manual carefully before inflating. This owner’s manual is not a course on paddling safety or seamanship. If this is your first paddle board, or if you are changing to a type of paddle board you are not familiar with, for your own comfort and safety, please ensure that you obtain handling and operating experience before “assuming command” of the paddle board. If necessary please look for information about watersports schools or attend courses. Ensure that the forecasted wind and sea conditions will correspond to your paddle board, and that you are able to handle the paddle board in these conditions. Prior to using the paddle board please obtain information about local regulations and specific regulations in every country. Always maintain your paddle board properly and take care of any deterioration that might occur in time as a result of heavy use or misuse of the paddle board. Any paddle board, no matter how strong it may be, can be severely damaged if not used properly. Always adjust the speed and direction of the paddle board to sea conditions. All persons should wear a suitable buoyancy aid (life jacket/personal floatation device) when on deck. Note that, in some countries, it is a legal requirement to wear a buoyancy aid that complies with their national regulations at all times. PLEASE KEEP THIS MANUAL IN A SECURE PLACE, AND HAND IT OVER TO THE NEW OWNER WHEN YOU SELL THE PADDLE BOARD. Overpressure: Deflate until it reaches the recommended pressure on valve label. Drop of pressure: Inflate again slightly. Please consider that the SUP board shows a bulge opposite the valve. This “bubble” is due to production and can be found at every inflatable board.
