How to Charge MARS-1000 PRO with APOLLE 100 Solar Panel

MARS-1000 PRO & APOLLE 100 *1
DC input : Find the DC-DC cable on the back of APOLLE 100; Connect APOLLE 100 with the DC input of MARS-1000 PRO.

Anderson input: Find the Anderson-DC(female) cable and DC-DC cable on the back of APOLLE 100, and connect them together to bridge APOLLE 100 and the Anderson input of MARS-1000 PRO.

*MARS-1000 PRO & APOLLE 1002**

• Step 1. Find the DC-DC cable and DC(female)-Anderson cable on each back of APOLLE 100, and connect them together.
• Step 2. Connect two of the APOLLE 100 with the Y parallel cable (2Anderson interface-1Anderson interface).
• Step 3. Connect the Anderson joint interface to the Anderson input of MARS-1000 PRO.

*MARS-1000 PRO & APOLLE 1002**

You will need 5 cables (included in the package):

• B. 2*DC(female)-Anderson cables
• C. 2*DC-DC cables

HOW TO USE MARS-1000 PRO

• Power Button
  • single press to turn on the LCD screen
  • long press 3 seconds to turn off all outputs and LCD screen
• AC Button
  • long press 2 seconds to start using AC Output
  • fast press 5 times to transform between 50Hz and 60Hz
• USB Button
  • single press to start using USB and Type-C ports
  • single press to turn off all USB ports
• DC Button
  • single press to start using DC and Car ports
  • single press to turn off all DC ports

LCD Screen

• The icon will light up when Circuit Frequency is switched manually. * fast press 5 times to transform between 50Hz and 60Hz .
• It will light up when the temperature of MARS-1000 PRO is over 60°C{140° F) or below -10°C{14° F), please turn off the AC output.
• The icon will light up when the power station is faulty and will show the corresponding error code.

Please kindly check if there is an instant start power of your device, a starting power may use 3 times the amount of standard operating power to run the application, MARS-1000 PRO won’t run those starting power beyond 1200W.

• Q1. What kind of devices will MARS-1000 PRO power?
  A: MARS-1000 PRO will power a device that operates under 1200W.

• Q2. Does MARS-1000 PRO support pass-through charges?
  A: Yes, but we don’t recommend, it since it will cause damage to battery life.

• Q3. Why is the AC not working?
  A: ,j, please kindly check if you have turned on the AC ports, long press the AC button for 2 seconds to turn on the AC ports. please kindly check if your device is under 1200W. Contact us at [email protected] for a replacement.

• Q4. Can the MARS-1000 PRO be used as UPS?
  A: No, each part of the outputs are manually controlled to turn on/ off separately.

• Q5. What kind of solar panel should I use to power MARS-1000 PRO?
  A: LI POWER APOLLE 100 solar panel*2 makes the best match.

• Q6. Can I use 3 or 4 LI POWER APOLLE 100 solar panels to faster charge MARS-1000 PRO?
  A: No, the max power of solar charge input is 200W, 2*1 00W solar panel will work.

• Q7. Why does the AC adapter get hot when working?
  A: The AC charging adapter generates heat while it is working, the normal temperature of the AC adapter is under 176° F.

• Q8. Is the built-in battery replaceable?
  A: No, please don’t disassemble MARS-1000 PRO and replace the battery, it will damage the unit.

• Q9. How to protect the battery?
  A: Please recharge MARS-1000 PRO every 3 months if you don’t use it. .Please recharge MARS-1000 PRO when the power drops below 15%.

Product Application Skills

1. This product is built in high quality original LiFePO4, it has no memory effect but high-capacity, and it is durable. However, we still recommend you to apply in the range of 50 1′ -86 “F, so as to obtain the optimal charging capacity.
2. When charging, in order to avoid interference, please stay away from TV, radio and other equipment.
3. If the device has not been used for a long time, please disconnect the cable and store.
4. Some portable devices may need to be set in charge mode to charge, see thecorre-sponding equipment use manual for more information.
5. After starting, if there is no any output, it displays to automatically shut down within 20 seconds, so as to achieve better energy-saving effect.

ATTENTION

1. To avoid short-circuiting, keep the unit away from all metal objects (e.g. coins, hair -pins, keys, etc).
2. Do not heat the unit, or dispose of it in fire, water or other liquids. Keep away from high temperatures. Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
4. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
5. The unit may become hot when charging, this is normal. Do not cover the device with towels, clothing and other item.
6. Please deal with scrap products in accordance with the regulations, do not treatment the built-in battery as a household garbage, so as not to cause the explosion and pollution.
7. The product is only used for emergency power station, it can not replace the standard DC or AC power of household appliances or digital products.
8. Your device has and internal, non-removable, rechargeable battery. Do not attempt to remove the battery, as you may damage the device.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

Limited Warranty

LI POWER warrants to the original consumer that LIPOWER products will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified the “Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. This warranty statement sets forth LIPOWER’s total and exclusive warranty obligation.LI POWER does not authorize any person or third- party to sell our products for us or assume any other responsibility in connection with them.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for LIPOWER power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase
by the original. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Remedy

LIPOWER will replace (at LIPOWER’s expense) any LIPOWER products that fail to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defects in workmanship or material. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. Limited to Original Consumer The warranty on LIPOWER’s product is limited to the original consumer and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions
LIPOWER’s warranty does not apply to: Any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in LIPOWER’s Current product literature. Any product purchased through an online auction house. Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility. LIPOWER’s warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 3-4 months thereafter.
