Modes selection
Press the MODE button to switch between DAB+, FM and standby.

Menu operations

Mode Selection

The menu takes you to all functions and settings for the CR 1002Dab.
Menu navigation is carried out with the button, button, TUNE+KLEFT SELECTION) button, (RIGHT SELECTION) button. The menu is divided into submenus and contains different menu items or activatable functions, depending on the mode. To open the menu, simply
press the   button briefly.
To switch to submenus, first press (LEFT SELECTION) button,
TUNE (RIGHT SELECTION) button to display a submenu, then press the ENTER button to access the submenu. A shadow highlights, the current selection.

. Language Setting

  • Open the > [System] > [Language] and press the button .
  • Press the (LEFT SELECTION) or  (RIGHT SELECTION) button to select your language and confirm by pressing the button.

In DAB or FM Radio mode, repeat press button to change left bottom of display showing radio program text, radio program type, radio name, radio mono/tero, time or date.

DAB+ Setting

1 DAB+ (digital radio) reception
Press the button until DAB is shown on the display. >
If DAB+ is being started for the first time, a complete scan will be performed. After the scan is complete, the first station is played back in alphanumeric order.
Full scan

in order to perform a complete scan, Open the >[Full Scan] and press the button. >[Scanning…] appears in the display.
Manual tune In order to manual tune, Open the  [ Manual tune ] and press the button.
Press+ (LEFT SELECTION) button or (RIGHT SELECTION) button to select channel frequency > Press button to confirm your setting.
DRC
The DRC menu item is used to set the compression rate, which compensates for dynamic fluctuations and the associated volume variations
A. Open the >[DRC] press the button to enter submenus.
B – Press ( LEFT SELECTION) button press (RIGHT SELECTION) button to select the [DRC PARAMETER)
C. press the Button to confirm your selection.
DRC high -High compression.
DRC low -Low compression.
DRC off -Compression switched off. -05-

PRUNE

This menu item is used for removing old stations and those no longer being received from the station list.
A. Open the >[PRUNE] and press the Button to enter submenus.
B. press (LEFT SELECTION) button or  (RIGHT SELECTION ) button to select the [YES] C.press the button to confirm your selection.
TA
Provide information indicating whether the station is broadcasting traffic messages.
A.> Open the > [TA] and press the Button to enter submenus
B.press (LEFT SELECTION) button or  (RIGHT SELECTION ) button to select the [ON].
C.press the button to confirm your selection.
When the TA function is set to ON, when there is any major traffic information, such as road traffic jams, car accidents, landslides, etc., the radio will broadcast this important information.
Selecting stations
By pressing ( LEFT SELECTION) button or – (RIGHT SELECTION) button, the station list can be called up and you can switch between the available stations.

Storing DAB+ stations in a memory slot

The programmed memory can save up to 30 stations in the DAB+ range.

> First select the desired station (see Section 5.7).
> In order to store this station in a memory slot, hold down the PRESET button while playing until [Preset Store] appears on the display. Then use the (LEFT SELECTION) button or (RIGHT SELECTION) button to select a favorites memory slot (1-30). Press the button to save.
> Repeat this process to save additional stations.

Retrieving DAB+ stations from a memory slot

To retrieve a station that you have stored in the FAV memory, briefly press the PRESET button and select a station slot (1-30) using the (LEFT SELECTION) button or (RIGHT SELECTION) button. Press the button to play the station.

If no station is saved in the selected station slot, [(empty)] appears on the display.

FM Setting

Switching on FM radio mode
button and [FM] is shown on >Switch to FM mode by pressing the MODE the display
When switching on for the first time, the frequency 95.60 MHz is default. If you have already set or saved a station, the radio plays the station last time. In the case of RDS stations, the station name appears.

FM reception with RDS information
RDS is a procedure for broadcasting additional information via FM stations. Broadcasters with RDS broadcast their station name or the programme type, for example. This is shown on the display. The device can show the RDS information RT (Radio text), PS (Station name), PTY (Programmed type).

Full scan.In order to perform a complete scan, Open the >[Full scan] and press the button. [Auto Scanning…] appears on the display.

Manual tune

Press the ( LEFT SELECTION) button or  (RIGHT SELECTION) button repeatedly to set the desired stations or frequency The display shows the frequency in steps of 0.05 MHz.

Scan setting
is able to set the sensitivity of the scan by setting in the menu. it > Press the button and select the entry [Scan settings]. > Select stations with a strong signal [Strong Stations] or for all stations (including stations with a weak signal) [All Stations]. > Press the button to save.
Audio settings

Push the button and select [Audio settings].
Use  (LEFT SELECTION) Button, TUNE-(RIGHT SELECTION) Button to select the [Stereo allowed] or [Forced mono] item to play back in stereo or only in mono sound when the FM reception is weak. > Confirm the setting by pressing the button.
Saving FM stations to a memory slot
The station memory can save up to 30 stations in the FM range.
First set the desired station frequency (Section 6.3, 6.4)
In order to store this station in a memory slot, hold down the PRESET button while playing until [Preset Storel] appears on the display. Then use the (LEFT SELECTION) button or -(RIGHT SELECTION) button to select a favorites memory slot (1-30). Press the button to save.
Repeat this process to save additional stations.

Retrieving FM stations from a memory slot

Setting the alarm
Setalarm time

press [System] > [Alarm] and press the button to choose set alarm 1 or alarm 2.

press   to choose from DAB FM or Buzzer sound, press to save.
Setalarm date
press to set alarms for only weekends or only weekdays or daily or everyday, press to save.
Set alarm volume
press to set alarms volume and press to save Alarm 2 setting is same as alarm

Alarm ON/OFF

When alarm goes off

  1. Press SNOOZE button to temporarily turn off alarm for 9 minutes. Alarm will ring every next 9 minutes.
  2. Press ALARM1 or ALARM2 buttonto turn off the alarm for 24 hours, the alarm indicator will be still on, alarm will be activated againafter 24 hours.

    To completely turn off the alarm, hold press ALARM1 or button, and the indicator disappear from the display. ALARM2
    Open the  [System] > [Alarm] > [Alarm off] and press the
    button. The alarm indicator will turn off, which means alarm will
    not be activated and don’t ring after 24 hours.

Time and date settings

Manually setting the date/time
Depending on the setting for time updates, the date and time might have to be set manually.

Open the > [System]>[Set Time/Date] and press the button.
Press the (LEFT SELECTION) or -RIGHT SELECTION) button to select the hour and press the button to save. Then enter the minutes and save by pressing the button. Enter the day and save by pressing the button. Enter the month and save by pressing the button. the year and save by pressing the button >Press the button to apply the setting
Setting the date format
Open the  > [System]>[Set Time/Date] > [Set date format) and press the button.
Use the ILEFT SELECTION) or -(RIGHT SELECTION) button to select [DD-MM-YYY] or [MM-DD-YYY] format and press the button to save
Setting the time format
Open the > [System]>[Set Time/Date] > [Set 12/24 hour) and press the button. Press the the ILEFT SELECTION) or (RIGHT SELECTION) button to select the 12 hour format or 24 hour format and press the button to save,

Other functions

Sleep timer
Open the [System] [Sleep] and press the
sutten Use the SELECTION OF TUNE RIGHT SELECTION) TUNE ILEFT button to select a timer including Sleep off, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45
minutes. 60 meutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes Pressthe button to apply the setting. When the sleep timer is active, a [SL] symbal appears in the display showing the time still available.
Note : Sleep timer only wants in DAB/FM state
Adjusting the Radio volume
While playing radio, Set the volume by pressing the VOL button The set volume is shown on the display by way of a bar chart or VOL button on the back of device.
Backlight
Open the [System] [Backlight) by pressing the to save and or button to select [On level] regulates tress levels of brightness of the digits on the display [High], [Medium) and (Low), (TIMEOUT) includes 180 ser, 120sec, 90sec, 60sec, 5set, 30sec 20sec, 10sec, on [DIM LEVEL] three optional brightness intensities of background (High), (Medium) and (Low) [Dim level] regulates lightness of the background. You can chanse frum the [High] [Medium] and [Law] brightness intensities. Use the Fu (LEFT SELECTION) or (TUNE-KRIGHT SELECTIOND button to select the brightness level and press  to save .

[Time out] means when the backlight will turn off
You can choose from the ON, 10 sec, 20 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec

Reset the device to factory settings to delete all the saved stations, data, time, and su an Open the [System] [Factory reset) and press the bitten Press the (LEFT SELECTION or IRIGHT SELECTIONI button to select [YES) and confirm by pressing the button
