The KMINA ROLLATOR WHEELCHAIR is designed to provide support and assistance to those unable to, or who lack the confidence to, walk without some level of support. This fordable aluminum walker rollator with wheelchair and storage bag is designed for indoor and outdoor use.

ASSEMBLY / USAGE

  1. Open the main frame, turn the footrest downward, and then put the handrail tube (D) with brake level into main frame (A), align the hole, tighten with knobs (E), washers (F) and screws (G). Like below images.

  2. Secondly, put the side armrest (C) into main frame (A), align the hole and then use the knobs (E), washers (F) and screws (G) to tighten, like below image 4.

  3. Finally, put the backrest tube (B) into main frame (A) push button until you hear “Click”.

HANDLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

  • The handles are height adjustable in increments from 32.5” to 37.4” from the floor. To set the correct handle height, stand upright with your arms by your side and adjust the handle bar height to align with your wrists. If in doubt, please consult a healthcare professional.
  • Unlock the knob on the handle height adjustment tube of the rollator and slide the handle height adjustment tube up or down to the desired height. – Ensure the knob is tighten and both side are at the same height.

BREAK SYSTEM

The brake handles underneath the handles.

  • To brake, pull the handle brake upwards toward the handle.
  • To active the parking brake, push the handle brakedownwards till you hear a locking sound of the brake. The wheels will be blocked until you pull the parking brakes upwards again.

It is important that both brakes are in the park position when in use.

  • If you apply or pull the brakes to stop while moving, and the walker’s rear wheels still roll, stop using it immediately. Do not use it again until the brakes have been checked and properly adjusted.

FOLDING SYSTEM

  • To unfold, pull the rear tubes back, push the hand pull rods down until they lock, and push the seat down.
  • To fold, raise the seat and pull the hand pull rods up. Do not put your fingers between the folding mechanism. Push the rear tubes forward against the front tubes and pull the seat back up.

WARNINGS

Safety Precautions – Pre Use Checks

Always check the seat tubes are locked down and the hand pull rod was well connected with the frame when the rollator is open.

  • Check the folding mechanism catches are correctly engaged.
  • Check the brakes before use.
  • Make sure that all parts are secure and that moving parts are in good working order. IF you find any signs of wear or damage to your walker, DO NOT USE IT.

Safety Precautions – During use

  • Don´t self propel the rollator while seated. Serious injury to the user and/or damage to the rollator frame or wheels may result from improper use.
  • Do not use the rollator to walk backwards.
  • Caution must be taken when negotiating curbs and other obstacles, or when using on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces. Failure to do so may result in a serious risk of a fall or injury.
  • Do not perform any adjustments to the Rollator while it is in use.
  • Do not exceed user maximum weight: 300 lb.
  • Exercise caution when there is a heavy load in the bag. The bag supplied with the Rollator has a maximum safe load of 33 lb.
  • All wheels must be in contact with the floor at all times.
  • Brakes must be in the locked position before using the seat.
  • When using the Rollator in a stationary position, the brakes must be locked.
  • Always test the brake after every height adjustment to avoid a free flex of the cable.
  • Please do not allow infants and young children and people who cannot understand the operation to use this product alone.
  • Do not stand on the footrest to avoid the rollator fall down.
  • Do not expose the product to temperatures above 40 ° C for a long time; otherwise the aluminum tubes will become hot and could cause burns.
  • KMINA warrants this rollator walker to be free from defects. The warranty will remain in effect for 2 years from the consumer’s original purchase date. The warranty does not extend to parts exposed to natural wear and tear that require periodic replacement, such as brakes, wheels, handles and basket. This warranty does not cover:
    • Spare parts supplied by anyone other than KMINA or the authorized dealer.
    • Any failure of the unit during the warranty period that is not caused by a defect in material or workmanship or if the failure is caused by misuse.
    • KMINA is not responsible for accidental damage or property damage.
  • In case of return, pack the walker properly, preferably in its packaging original, otherwise KMINA will not be responsible for possible damage caused during shipping.
  • Keep these instructions for future references.
  • Any serious incident related to the product should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which they are user and patient set.
  • Keep the Rollator clean by wiping with a damp cloth on regular basis. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials
