OVERVIEW

The keyboard is set in Android mode as default.

CONNECT TO YOUR DEVICE

First-time pairing:

  1. Turn on the keyboard’s Bluetooth.

  2. Press the keys to turn on the Bluetooth.typecase-S7-Plus-2020-Keyboard-Case-Galaxy-fig- \(3\)

  3.  The keyboard will identify the Bluetooth signal automatically for your 1st device.

  4. For your 2″‘ device, press the button to turn the keyboard’s Bluetooth on (the Bluetooth light will blink blue)
    CONNECT TO ANDROID DEVICE

  5. Turn On the Tablet’s Bluetooth and connect.

  6. On Tablet, go to Setting; Connectionstypecase-S7-Plus-2020-Keyboard-Case-Galaxy-fig- \(5\)

  7. Turn on Bluetooth and search for” Keyboard 5.0″ in Available devices;typecase-S7-Plus-2020-Keyboard-Case-Galaxy-fig- \(6\)

  8. Tap “Keyboard s.o” on your device, then tap “Pair” – the pairing process is considered complete after the “Connected” indicator appears (see picture below). typecase-S7-Plus-2020-Keyboard-Case-Galaxy-fig- \(7\)

Future pairings:
After a successful first-time pairing, your tablet will automatically remember the keyboard. To connect again, please turn on Bluetooth on both the tablet and keyboard. The device should automatically connect. If it does not, please tap it in the Available Devices list to establish a connection.

TOUCHPAD FUNCTION

Notice:
Make sure Bluetooth is connected and the touchpad function is turned on!

One-Finger Tap Mode

  1. Action 1: Tap one time while on the main interface;
    Function: Mouse cursor manipulation.

  2. Action 2: Action 2: Hold and slide;
    Function: Move the Icon.
    Two Fingers Tap Mode

  3. Action 3: Tap the pad one time; Function: Show the context menu

Two Fingers Scroll

  1. Action 4: Slide fingers up or down;
    Function: Scroll web page or file up/down or write in writing mode

  2. Action 5: Slide fingers left or right
    Function: Turn the page to the left or right
    Two Fingers Zoom

  3. Action 6: Two fingers slide for zooming in or out.
    Function: Can only be used on websites or spreadsheets.

  4. Action 7: Tap the pad one time:

  5. Action 8: Swipe Up

CHARGING

  1. Move the switch to the “ON” position (see a diagram above for the ON/OFF switch location). If the charging indicator is flashing red, please charge the keyboard.
  2. Plug the charging cable (included) into the keyboard and power adapter (not included, tablet or phone power adapter recommended);
    • The battery indicator turns red when the keyboard is charging;
    • The battery indicator turns blue when charging is complete.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the keyboard is not working correctly, please check the following:

  1. The Bluetooth function on the tablet (or other Bluetooth devices) is enabled;

  2. The Bluetooth keyboard is within 33 feet;

  3. The Bluetooth keyboard is charged.
    If you want to set the keyboard shortcuts, please try to change the Wireless keyboard’s settings on your tablet:

  4. Connect your tablet to a Bluetooth Keyboard;

  5. Go to tablet Settings app > General management> Physical keyboard > Keyboard shortcuts Set the shortcuts as you want, please refer to the picture below.typecase-S7-Plus-2020-Keyboard-Case-Galaxy-fig- \(20\)

  6. Make sure the keyboard is turned on (the battery indicator is illuminated);

  7. Ensure the keyboard is fully charged;

  8. Make sure the Bluetooth in your device (eg tablet, iPad, tablet PC) is turned on;

  9. Press the key”FN”+”C” and check the Bluetooth status;

  10. Make sure a keyboard has already been paired via Bluetooth.
    If you fail to connect with Bluetooth, please try the following steps:

  * Delete the Bluetooth device on your tablet;
  * Switch off the Bluetooth function on your tablet;
  * Reboot the tablet;
  * Turn on the Bluetooth on your tablet;
  * Switch the keyboard off and on;
  * Repeat the steps described on pages 2 and 3 to pair the keyboard;
6. Press : or button to recall the backlight function.
