Product Usage Instructions

Disassemble Monitor Head:

1. Remove ASSY Stand
2. Remove base by releasing the screw.
3. Remove ASSY CLMN by hand.
4. Remove ASSY Rear Cover
5. Remove IO cover by hand.
6. Remove the screw to release the Rear Cover.
7. Remove LED MCU pcb wire on the IF BD.
8. Remove Slider module from RC by Screwdriver and hand.
9. Remove LED MCU BD from RC by Screwdriver and hand.
10. Remove holder A/B, LED pcb by Screwdriver and hand.
11. Remove SHD and PCB.
12. Remove tape, lamp wire and HDR BD FFC, BI+IR BD FFC, SPK wire,woofer wire, and OSD BD FFC.
13. Remove screws 8F.8A224.4R2* (3pcs).
14. Remove LVDS from PANEL.
15. Then, remove mylar and screw by screwdriver.
16. Remove wire and tape by hand.
17. Remove MF and DECO from PANEL
18. Remove screws by screwdriver.
19. Remove DECO by hand.
20. Remove HDR key pcb BD and FFC by hand.
21. Remove woofer by screwdriver.
22. Remove screws by screwdriver.
23. Remove lens amb by hand.
24. Remove spk, OSD holder, and BI+IR sensor pcb.
25. Remove control BD on OSD holder by screwdriver.

Disassembly process

Disassemble Monitor Head

Remove ASSY Stand

1. Remove base by release Screw.
2. Remove ASSY CLMN by hand.

Remove ASSY Rear Cover

1. Remove IO cover by hand.
2. Remove screw to release Rear Cover.
3. Remove LED MCU pcb wire on the IF BD.
4. Remove Slider module from RC by Screwdriver and hand
5. Remove LED MCU BD from RC by Screwdriver and hand
6. Remove holder A/B, LED pcb by Screwdriver and hand WEEE annex

Remove SHD and PCB.

1. Remove tape, lamp wire and HDR BD FFC, BI+IR BD FFC, SPK wire, woofer wire, and OSD BD FFC.
2. Remove screw 8F.8A224.4R2* 3pcs
3. Remove LVDS from PANEL.
4. Then, remove mylar and screw by screwdriver.
5. Remove wire and tape by hand.

1. Remove screw by screwdriver
2. Remove DECO by hand
3. Remove HDR key pcb BD and FFC by hand
4. Remove woofer by screwdriver

8. Remove control BD on OSD holder by screwdriver
