Wireless Battery Pack & Charging Station
The Novo Wireless Charging Station is a portable charging solution for your home, office or when on travel. It integrates a wireless Smartphone dock, wireless battery pack, secondary wireless charging pad and multiple USB outputs. Charge your iPhone, Smartphone, AirPods, Earbuds & More. Use it to charge virtually any mobile device by wireless output or high speed cable. The Novo features Wireless Fast Charge 10 Watt and 7.5 Watt output, Qi Wireless support, Quick Charge 3.0 Support and USB-C with PD 18 Watt (Power Delivery). The Novo’s Wireless Charge Station provides the ultimate In versatility. It’s the perfect companion for when at home or on travel.
Charging your Devices with the Wireless Stand
The Wireless Stand works with most Smartphones, Tablets, and Devices that are compatible with the Qi wireless standard for wireless charging. To ensure device compatibility with the Novo, please check your smartphone or device’s product specifications. Find a location to place your Novo Stand that has a flat surface and is convenient for wireless charging. Insert the included Novo battery pack into the docking station area of the charging base with charging contacts facing down. Make sure to place the battery pack firmly and securely. Next, connect the Included USB-C cable’s charging tip to the USB-C input port on the back of the wireless station base. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB-C charging port with at least 18 watts of output. The wireless station should now be powered on and ready for use.
To charge your Smartphone or device, place the charging receiver side of your device at the center of the wireless stand’s charging area. The wireless stand’s LED indicator will light up and your device should indicate that it’s successfully charging.To stop charging, simply remove your device from the charging stand.
Secondary Wireless Charging Pad
To charge your AirPods, Wireless Earbuds or Device, place the charging receiver side of your device at the center of the wireless pad’s charging area (the concaved area on the base of the stand). The wireless stand’s LED indicator will light up and your device should indicate that it’s successfully charging. To stop charging, simply remove your device from the charging pad area.
Charging Device’s with the Base USB-A Port
The Base USB-A port works with most Watches, Smartphones and Devices that charge by USB. To charge your device use its original USB charging cable or one that your device is fully compatible with. Connect the cable’s full USB-A end to the USB-A output port on the Wireless Station Base. Then connect the cable’s device charging tip end to your device. To remove, gently disconnect the cable from your device. To ensure compatibility with the Novo, please check your Device product specifications.
Charging your Devices with the Wireless Battery Pack
You can detach the portable battery pack from the charge station and take it with you for charging while on the go. When charging wirelessly, first find a location to place your Novo Battery Pack that has a flat surface and is convenient for wireless charging. Place the Battery Pack with it’s charging induction ring side facing up. To charge your Smartphone or device, place the charging receiver side of your device at the center of the Novo Battery’s charging area. Press the power button on the side of the Novo to activate. The first LED on the meter will turn green when charging wirelessly. Your device should now indicate that it’s successfully charging by wireless. To stop charging, simply remove your device from the charging pad. For the best wireless performance, use the wireless charging function exclusive of the other output ports.
Charging your Devices by Cable with the Battery Pack
The Battery Pack also works with most Smartphones, Tablets, and Devices that charge by USB. It has support for fast charging with Type-C PD (18 Watt) and Quick Charge 3.0 high speed output.To charge your device use its original USB charging cable or one that your device is fully compatible with. For standard USB-A cables, connect the cable’s larger full USB-A end of the cable to the Novo Battery Pack’s USB-A output charging port. Then connect the Device’s charging tip end to your device. For USB-C cables, connect the cable’s USB-C end of the cable to the Novo battery pack’s USB-C output charging port. Then connect the Device’s charging tip end to your device. Once the cable is properly connected, press the power button on the Novo battery pack to activate. Your device should now indicate that it’s charging.To remove, gently disconnect it from your device. To ensure compatibility with the Novo, please check your Smartphone or Device product specifications.
LED Battery Status Meter
The Novo Battery Pack features a convenient 4 point LED battery status meter to display the internal battery Remaining charge and wireless functions. To activate the battery status meter, press the power button. When charging devices by cable, the battery status is shown In 25% increments across the last 4 LED’s. When charging devices by wireless, the first LED will turn green to indicate wireless charging is successful.
Charging the Novo Battery Pack
You can charge the portable battery pack on the wireless charge station base. Place the Novo battery pack into the docking area to charge with the charging contacts facing down. The battery pack LED’s will light up to indicate it is charging successfully as well as showing the remaining charge. You can also charge the Novo Battery Pack with the included USB-C cable. Use the included cable and connect the smaller USB-C tip end to the input port on the bottom of the Battery Pack. Connect the other USB-C tip end of the cable to a USB-C compatible charge port. To charge the battery pack faster use a USB-C charging port with at least 18 watts output. The 4 LED status lights will display the charging progress in 25% increments. Once all 4 status lights are all lit solid with no flashing, the internal battery charge is fully complete.

Troubleshooting Tips
1. Phone or Device is not charging on the Wireless pad.
• The phone’s charging position may be misaligned with the phone’s wireless receiver. Place your phone’s receiver in the center of the charging pad.
2. Wireless charging is intermittent.
• The USB power adapter or USB output port is not providing stable or
sufficient power to the wireless pad. Use a compatible high output USB charger
with 18 Watt support.
• The phone’s charging position may be misaligned with the phone’s receiver
resulting in poor performance. Please adjust the phone’s charging position for
optimal charging.
3. Wireless Charging speed appears to be slow.
• Your phone’s protective case may be blocking the wireless signal. Remove the
case or try a slimmer case option.
• The phone’s standby power consumption may be set too high. Reducing the
phone’s background apps and app usage may Improve the charging speed.

- The Product is intended for use by adults. The Product should only be used by minors when under proper adult trained supervision. The Product should never be used by small children.
- All Products have gone through a full quality assurance inspection to test for proper functionality. If you find that your Product is not functioning properly you should stop usage of it immediately. If the Product is emitting excessive heat, odor, is deformed in any way, broken, cut, experiencing or demonstrating some abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all Product use and contact the PhoneSuit support department.
- When planning for extended storage of the Product, first charge it for one hour.
- Do not use the Product while in any potentially explosive atmosphere. Sparks in such areas could cause an explosion or fire, resulting in serious injury or even death.
- If you choose to dispose of the Product, dispose of the product in an appropriate manner following all federal and state regulations. Since the Product contains electronic components, it can not be thrown away with normal household waste.
