Common Questions
Does the Razer Kraken Forged Edition come with a microphone?
Yes. The Razer Kraken Forged Edition comes supplied with two interchangeable 3.5mm audio cables. One has an inline microphone; the other is for audio only.
If I wanted to use the inline microphone on my computer, do I just plug
the inline mic cable into the line-in jack on my computer?
The inline microphone will only work if your computer has a single combined audio-out/line-in 3.5mm jack. If your computer does not have such a jack you will need to purchase a splitter adapter at your local electronics dealer.
What is the included 1/4-inch connector used for?
It allows you to connect to recording instruments, DJ consoles, amplifiers or any hardware with a 1/4-inch port.
Where can I find the serial number on my Kraken Headset?
You will find the serial number located under the left ear pad of the headset. To view the serial number carefully peel back the foam cover of the ear pad.
One of the features of my Razer Product does not work. How do I fix this?

How do I clean my Razer Kraken Forged Edition headset?
We cannot say with certainty what type of dirt and debris may be on your product, or how certain cleaning products may react with it, but we have had good luck cleaning Razer products using commonly available monitor cleaning wipes.
- To clean the body of your Razer headset, gently wipe it with a monitor wipe.
- Do not scrub the surface of your Razer headset.
- When cleaning the earpads, make sure that the earcup and speaker do not get wet, as this can cause damage to your headset.
