INTRODUCTION
This is a Type-C 5-in-1 hub with HDMI, 3 USB-A，and Type-C female port, providing an ideal solution for extending the port of Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 host (PC/Laptop/Mobile phone,etc.), especially for those host with a single Type-C port.
Capable of outputting HDMI video up to 4K 30Hz and supporting USB 3.0 data transfer rates up to 5Gbps, 3 USB-A ports allow you to connect 3 USB devices simultaneously.
Besides, the Type-C female supports PD 3.0 with max 100W PD Charging. It can work on all Type-C and ThunderboltTM3 host that supports DP Alt mode. When working on Thunderbolt TM 3 host, thisproduct transmits DP signal.

Thank you for your purchase. Did your 5-in-1 USB-C HUB work well? We’d love to hear your thoughts and suggestions. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service. For optimum performance, the tips are as follows:
- Supports the simultaneous use of all ports. Due to the performance limitations of some laptops, please connect one hard drive / SSD at a time.
- You could charging through the USB A ports, but please note that the USB ports do not support high-performance phone charging. (Max 900mA charging).
- The problem of the interference between USB 3.0 interferes with 2.4GHz WiFi and other 2.4GHz wireless devices is the common issue for almost all the USB C adapter hub due to the the similar frequencies.
- For Wifi, Please set your router as 5GHz to avoid the problem. 2) For 2.4 GHz wireless devices, please move the wireless device away from the hub as much as possible or use wired USB devices directly.
- We recommend using a 100W charger: 92W to charge the connected laptop and 8W to power the hub.
- Heat is normal for products of this kind, in the condition the ambient temperature is 77° F. As long as the temperature of the hub does not exceed 140°F when full-loaded, it is safe, and please rest assured to use it.
- If you can’t get the HDMI port to work, please try to :
- Confirm if your device supports DP Alt Mode.
- Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the issue still exists.
- Plug your HDMI cable directly into your device. If you can’t get a stable connection, then it is the issue of your HDMI cable.
- Check that your monitor is configured for the correct input (HDMI).
