Dear There,
Have a nice day! Thank you for your purchase. Here are some tips for you to
get the most out of our product:
-
Two USB C ports one is for charging only, and the other is for data only (Close to the HDMI port).USB-C data ports do not support media display or charging.
-
4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DisplayPort 1.4 and 8K enabled.
For 4K@60Hz resolution, please make sure your device supports DP 1.4 Alt Mode. To do this, please consult your device’s user manual, contact the seller, or check the manufacturer’s website. -
We recommend using a 100W PD (Power Delivery) charger: 85W for charging the connected laptop and 15W for powering the hub. (Tips: The USB-C PD port, without data function)
-
Hub may become heat while working, this is normal for products of this kind, in the condition the ambient temperature is 77°F, as long as the temperature of the hub does not exceed 140°F when full-loaded, it is safe and please rest assured to use.
-
You could charge an iPhone through the USB 3.0 interface, but please note that the USB ports are mainly for data transfer and do not support high-performance phone charging.
-
To achieve the full 1 Gbit / s via the network connection, please use an Ethernet cable according to the CAT5E standard or higher.
-
If you want the hub to work with the iPad Pro, you need to update to the latest version of the iPad operating system.
-
To ensure a stable connection, avoid connecting devices that exceed a total of 900 mA.
-
Due to the performance limitations of some laptops, it is recommended that you only connect one HDD / SDD at a time.
-
USB 3.0 interferes with WiFi and other wireless devices due to the similar frequencies of 2.4 GHz. According to Microsoft, the problem only occurs for the 2.4 GHz wireless band, but not for 5 GHz. Please set your router to 5 GHz to avoid the problem.
Should you have any questions or difficulties, feel free to contact us, and we
will resolve them for you as soon as possible and we will do everything we can
to help. We look forward to seeing you again.
Sincerely,
Mia from CableCreation
