Specifications
- Product Name: H2 HIFI Digital Audio Player
- Power Button: Button 1 (long press for about 3 seconds to power on)
- Bluetooth Pairing: Button 2 (enter Bluetooth setting interface, choose Bluetooth and press to turn on/off Bluetooth function)
- Reset Device: Button 6 (press and hold the Power button for 8 seconds to reset the device)

Product Usage Instructions
Powering On the H2
- Long press the Power button (Button 1) for about 3 seconds.
- If the player does not power on, check whether the player has run out of power.
- Connect the player to an adapter and charge it for at least 10 minutes.
- If the player still does not work, contact our customer service at Support@HIFIWALKER.com.
Pairing HIFI WALKER H2 with Bluetooth Device
- Enter the Bluetooth setting interface.
- Choose Bluetooth and press the button (Button 2) to turn on/off the Bluetooth function.
- When Bluetooth is enabled, the player will start scanning automatically. Alternatively, you can click “Search Devices” to scan manually.
- After scanning, the searched device will be listed under available devices.
Freezing the Player
- If the player freezes, press and hold the Power button (Button 6) for 8 seconds to reset the device.
- The status light will turn off, and all settings will return to factory defaults.
No Sound When Playing Music
- Check if the volume setting is too low.
- Ensure that the headset is plugged in and not damaged.
- Make sure you plug the headphones into the headphone port (Button 9), not the line-out port.
- Check if your music format is supported or damaged.
Transferring Music Files from Computer
- Check if the player is connected to the computer.
- Enter H2 player > system setting > USB mode (Button 10) and choose USB mode.
- Make sure the Micro SD card (Button 15) is correctly inserted and not damaged.
- Ensure that the Micro SD card has enough storage space.
Note: Only the original data cable can be recognized by the HIFIWALKER H2 to transfer data.
Loading Music Files
- Either method works. You can either load music files using a folder structure (e.g., Artist) or put all the files flat at the root folder.
- We suggest using folders as it’s easier to navigate.
Finding a Specific Song
- Enter H2 player > Category > Song.
- Long press the M button (Button 11) to do a quick search and find the exact song in alphabetical order.
