How to Pair HIFI WALKER H2 with Bluetooth device ?
- Enter bluetooth setting interface, choose “Bluetooth” and press ►11 to turn on/off Bluetooth function. When the Bluetooth is enabled, the player will start scanning automatically (or you can choose Bluetooth scanning Manually)after scanning, the searched device will be listed under “available device” High quality: turn on “high quality” for lossless sound quality transmission
Please note:
- Make sure the device is disconnected from any external Bluetooth device
- Put your bluetooth device in discoverable mode (e.g., Bluetooth headphones or speakers)”
If you have paired, yet still can’t connect?
please scroll the wheel or press H◄/►H to choose from paired devices-> press
button ►II to connect/disconnect -> press “M” button and choose “Yes” to
delete the paired device and reconnect it.

Can’t power on the H2?
Check if your operation is right: long press the power button for about 3 seconds
Check whether the player has run out of the power: connect the player to an adapter and try again after charging 10 minutes;

Player freezes?
Press and hold the Power button for 8 secs to reset the device. The status light will be off, and all setting will return to factory. -
Can’t hear anything when playing music?
Check if the volume setting is too low;
Check whether the headset has plugged in or whether headset damaged; Ensure that you plug headphone in headphone port, not line-out port;
Check whether your music format is supported or whether it damaged -
Can’t transfer music files from computer?
Check if the player has connected to computer;
Check whether the player in USB mode:
Enter H2 player > system setting > USB mode, please choose USB
Check whether the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and that the card not damaged;
Check if the Micro SD card has enough storage space.5. Should the music fifties be loaded using a folder structure e.g. -
S hould the music fifiles be loaded using a folder structure e.g. Artist or put all the fifiles flflat at the root folder?
Either way works. We just suggest folders as it’s easier to navigate. -
How can I quickly find the exact song I need?
Enter H2 player > Category > Songs
Here long press “M” button, You can do a quick search to find the exact song in alphabetical order. -
Can I load and play audible books?
If the books are on your pc/ laptop in a compatible file format, then yes. -
My H2 Player won’t work with my present iTunes .. .is it compatible?
No, unfortunately, it is NOT compatible with iTunes. This functions more like an external hard drive. You simply plug it in, an option to open it as a folder pops up, and you simply drag and drop your music. How can the battery be replaced?

When would you adjust the gain setting rather than volume?
I have my Gain set on High and use the volume to control the audio output from zero to max. High setting gives you a higher output should you need it. I think the Gain setting is to adjust for different headphones used with this player.
Headphone impedance can range from 8 ohms to 64 ohms. The 8 ohms would be louder at the same gain setting as 64 ohms. I like the flexibility of the controls and input/output the HiFi Walker has. -
Can I stream Spotify, Pandora, etc. from my Android phone via Bluetooth to this HiFi WALKER H2 to enjoy the sound quality?
Yes, the H2 supports high-quality Bluetooth streaming via Spotify, Pandora, etc -
Does the H2 Player support WPL or other playlist files? Can you create playlists on a PC and load them into the SD card?
Our H2 Player support .m3u and .m3u8 playlist files. A player software foobar (http://www.foobar 2000.org/) will help you to make those playlist files. Only . m3u/.m3u8 file needs to be at the root folder of the SD card. The folder containing your target music doesn’t have to be at the root folder -
