Operation
- Fill the stainless steel basin with liquid near to the maximum mark. For best results, use a specialized solution or pure water and a surfactant such as liquid soap or dishwashing detergent.
- Put items to be cleaned into the mesh basket and put the basket in the basin. Never put items directly into the basin without the mesh basket. Ensure items are completely covered but the liquid does not exceed the maximum mark during use. For optimal cleaning effectiveness, do not lay items over one another.
- Turn TIME right to set the working time up to 30 minutes. Turning TIME left to its original position will stop the cleaning process.
NOTE : The TEMP setting controls relative heating power and speed but it DOES NOT set a maximum temperature. Prolonged heating WILL exceed this value.
Recommended Settings
Pre-soak the objects in the basin with a detergent/solvent combination at
the highest end of its temperature range. Following pre-soaking, use a full 30
minutes cleaning cycle.

FAQ
- Q: How do I clean the ultrasonic cleaner itself?
- A: To clean the ultrasonic cleaner, empty the basin and wipe it with a clean cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects that may damage the surface.
- Q: Can I use the ultrasonic cleaner for jewelry cleaning?
- A: Yes, the ultrasonic cleaner is suitable for cleaning jewelry. However, make sure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and avoid using it for delicate or fragile items.
- Q: What is the maximum temperature the ultrasonic cleaner can reach?
- A: The ultrasonic cleaner does not have a maximum temperature setting. Prolonged heating may cause the liquid to exceed safe temperatures, so it is important to monitor the cleaning process and avoid overheating.
Introduction
Ultrasonic cleaning takes advantage of a cavitation effect created by high
frequency vibrations in a liquid medium. This cavitation effect creates
microbubbles that implode and then burst rapidly and with great force. These
bursting microbubbles create a scrubbing action which can clean even the
hardest to reach areas very effectively.

Safety Information
WARNING!
- ALWAYS disconnect before filling or empting the basin or performing any maintenance.
- DO NOT operate with less than 7 cm of liquid in the basin.
- When using aqueous fluids, deionized, demineralized, or distilled water is recommended to avoid harmful impurities. For best results, always use a surfactant with your water.
- DO NOT use fluids which can damage the stainless steel lining of the basin, such as strong acids or bases.
- DO NOT use volatile solvents with low boiling temperatures. Ultrasonic waves can cause them to heat up and release fumes.
- DO NOT let children or individuals with decreased mental or physical capacities operate this machine, without close supervision.
- Ultrasonic cleaning is NOT recommended for porous items like corals or gemstones like pearls, emeralds, and opals.
- DO NOT drop items into the basin as this may damage the transducer. Always deposit items into the basin gently.
- DO NOT use while the lid is open.
- ALWAYS be mindful of heated fluids and be careful around possibly heated metallic components after use. Never place any body parts in the ultrasonic cleaner’s basin during use and avoid unprotected exposure to heated fluids after use.
- DO NOT operate continuously for more than 60 minutes. Allow the device to rest 15–30 minutes before the next use.
- Turn off the heater when finished using the product, as heating speeds evaporation of the liquid in the basin.
- Take care to pour fluid out of the basin in such a way as to avoid the electrical components.
- DO NOT disassemble this device, which contains dangerous electronic components. Take to a trained professional for any necessary repairs.

- Turn TIME right to set the working time up to 30 minutes. Turning TIME left to its original position will stop the cleaning process.
- Turn TEMP right to set the temperature power. The range is displayed as “20–80°C” but only reflects the relative power of the heating units. Over time, the actual temperature of your liquid will exceed the displayed temperature.
Again, the TEMP setting controls relative heating power and speed but it DOES
NOT set a maximum temperature. Prolonged heating WILL exceed ths value.
Best results are usually achieved in the “40–60°C” range. Turning TEMP left to
its original position will stop the heating function.
Recommended Settings
- General Cleaning: For lightly soiled objects, use warm water with a temperature around 50°C.
- Enhanced Cleaning: If the objects being cleaned need deeper cleaning, use fluid specifically designed for ultrasonic cleaning and a temperature around 60°C.
- Extensive Cleaning: For the removal of tarnish, fuel, hard carbon deposits, or rust. Pre-soak the objects in the basin with a detergent/solvent combination at the highest end of its temperature range. Following pre-soaking, use a full 30 minutes cleaning cycle.
Maintenance
- Replace the cleaning liquid between uses.
- Disconnect from power before performing adding or removing fluid or any other repair or maintenance.
- Always take care when handling heated surfaces or draining heated water.
- Do not attempt repairs at home. Take this device to a trained technician for any necessary repairs.
- Store in a dry location.
